Make your own way to ToroVerde Nature Adventure Park for your ride on The Beast. Located about one hour outside San Juan, the park boasts a lush environment best seen from the air.
When you arrive, receive a safety briefing, your equipment, and training. Then head to The Beast, and using the provided harness, zoom along one of the longest ziplines on the planet with a length of 4,745 feet (1,446 km). Take in views from a bird's-eye vantage point as you fly across the trees.
Note: Minimum height is 4 feet (1.2 meters) and minimum weight is 105 pounds (48 kg). You can arrive at the park any time during opening hours; the zipline operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Look at all options before purchasing zipline tickets. When buying the monster line you get one run on it and on it only.

There was a bit of a line for check in and applying the equipment but overall experience was amazing. The only downside the camera doesn't pick up everyone.

It was HORRIBLE. We waited in line for three hours straight. Like what’s the point of coming 30 minutes early and booking a time if either way we’ll be there for hours. When it was our turn the park was close. We got there at 1:35 and left at 6pm and I’m not exaggerating it. Overall the ride was great enjoyed it. But they need to do better

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the ticket I purchased for my child.
This ticket is completely misleading and, in my view, a scam. With this ticket, my child was unable to play or use any of the attractions. When I arrived at the park, there was no reception desk, no clear instructions, and no information explaining the limitations of this ticket.
I asked several staff members for assistance and was informed that children could not use this ticket at all. This information was never clearly stated at the time of purchase. As a result, I was forced to spend additional money to buy another ticket so that my child could participate in the activities.
This experience caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and unnecessary extra expense. I find this situation unacceptable and misleading.

This was INSANE! This was our best experience on the island. The views are breathtaking. We felt safe and secure the entire time we were in the air, flying through the sky. The staff were super helpful, friendly, and always at the ready when a flier may have lost a little momentum! This was definitely a 100 out of 10!

An amazing zipline adventure park. The beast and the monster were the highlights of this place, along with a variety of other fun activities. The staff here were all very friendly and professional.

This experience was so much fun! But a few of the people there helping were not very helpful and kind of rude and then a few others were very helpful. But I wish Viator was a little better about telling you there are more than one zipline to choose from, it did not give us an option for all the different zipline options they have to choose from though and I would have loved to been able to choose other options they have.

The staff and the Beast zip line itself were excellent- but be careful about using Uber to get there. When trying to get a ride back into San Juan, the Uber app said it does not cover that area. Of course, this is not the responsibility of Torre Verde Adventures, who performed exceptionally!

I would never recommend this tour to anyone because they did not have a meeting point in San Juan. My hotel was in San Juan but the meeting place was over 40 minutes from San Juan which would have cost me $130 to get their round trip. All the other tours I booked had a local meeting spot. Unfortunately, I had to miss this tour because I could not afford to travel to the meeting spot.
