What are people saying about San Juan

Have Fun!
Great Experience. Our group was very diverse in age and physical health but everyone got through the rain forest tour with no issues. Our guide was very knowledgeable about PR history. The company warns you multiple times before the tour to bring water socks/socks, water shoes and water to hydrate! Yet somehow some people didn’t follow directions well and wish they had these things.

Walked for 2 hours with frequent stops. This particular day San Juan was experiencing a water shortage so almost all restaurants were closed and every restroom in the area was closed down as well. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. Had free piragua and about 2 hours to explore on our own after.

Exceeded Expectations
What a fantastic adventure!!! A great mix of swimming and surprisingly challenging light hiking, culminating in exhilarating leaps from the three ledges made for a tremendously enjoyable experience. Kudos to the guides who provided an exceptional and fun experience. One of my favorite excursions I have done across many years of travel

Highly recommend
My tour guide Shaly was phenomenal and provided a wonderful experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about the rainforest (including the foliage and local wildlife), cultural history, and local recommendations. She also made sure to take photos for everyone involved in our group. The small group was an extreme plus compared to the large groups I saw coming after us. The only thing I’d note is the listing says 9 am start time but it’s actually a 6:30 am start time in order to beat the crowds (while annoying, very worth it) I highly recommend!!! I had a great time
