We had Rah as our tour guide, and he was great! The only hiccup we experienced was getting to the meetup location. The instructions were a little unclear, so we called, but an AI representative answered. We then messaged and were told that a lady with a blue fanny pack would be across the street from the hotel we were instructed to meet at. We eventually found her, but she didn’t really introduce herself or provide much direction until after standing there for a while. Nevertheless, the experience itself was absolutely amazing and well worth it! The beach stop afterward was the cherry on top. I only wish we had been able to spend longer than an hour at the beach, but we completely understand why the excursion itself is pretty lengthy. Overall, I would definitely book this excursion again, and I would especially hope to have Rah as our tour guide! He made the experience so much fun and truly added to the overall experience.

We had a really wonderful time with Andrea. She was so caring and thoughtful and knowledgeable. She was also fun and very entertaining! She took us through el Yunque step by step and taught us so much history and shared what I imagine is a really unique and restorative perspective of nature and adventure. She even took and shared photos for us so we could focus on being in the moment and really enjoy all the nature. Finally, she gave us a huge list of recommendations afterwards to help us for the rest of our trip. We were all so glad to have her as our guide, I think the experience would have been very different with some of the other guides we saw on the trails, but we wouldn’t have had it any other way. I don’t normally do reviews, but I feel like she really did earn a great one so I hope it did her justice.

A solid 9 out of 10. Definitely bring water shoes. The rocks at the beach is no joke lol. Renting the snorkeling gear is worth it. If you want to hit up more then one beach, renting the golf cart is worth it. Bring portable cooler for drinks and snacks.

We had such an amazing time. The crew was amazing. Lunch was delicious with some of the best authentic Puerto Rican food we’ve had since our trip the waterslide was so fun. The drinks was amazing. The vibes were there we met so many new people made so many new connections 100% recommend to anyone the money is worth it especially if you’re going with a couple you’ll meet so many different couples and just mingle 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone

Our driver and tour guide was Alicia. She was pure perfection from start to finish. She was communicative from the moment we booked the tour, and all throughout the experience. She provided us with an in depth historical narrative of the island as we visited each site. She was fun, engaging and made sure each of us truly enjoyed each stop. She's also quite a phenomenal photographer and helped capture some wonderful family photos that we will cherish. If you want your tour to be conducted by someone who has a true love for their home, and learn some history along the way, you will love this tour. I have booked other more expensive tours in the past and did not get a fraction from those as I did with Alicia. The bus was roomy and air conditioned. The early start allowed for us to plan an evening event with enough time to rest in between. Each stop was well timed. And my son finally stopped looking at his phone to enjoy the scenery around him. My elderly mother was also able to engage and enjoy herself. I plan to recommend this excursion to everyone.

It is fun and you can do it!! There are a couple ladders to climb for first zip practices., Just take your time. Everyone is helpful and the harnesses are safe. This was my first time and the ladders were more of a challenge than zipping. There are lockers for a?small fee at check-in area. Drivers need to slow down a bit between lifts. Maybe they need to be riders instead of drivers to realize this request. All in all, I would do it again and I am over 70 years old. Thanks!
