Highly Recommended!!!
My husband and I did the "El Yunque Waterslide and Waterfall Beach Tour" excursion, and it was such a fun experience! We highly recommend it. We also highly recommend our tour guide, Nick!! He was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole trip even better! Be sure to listen carefully to his instructions and pay attention to everything he tells you. If you do, you’ll have an incredible time. Thank you Nick, for making this such a memorable adventure!

Rainforest
Isaac was a great tour guide, very friendly, kind and funny. 😁 We got picked up at a local hotel and dropped off there, so very convenient. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. We also had time to take a dip & swim in the water. Wonderful experience and time! Thank you Isaac , your the best !!!

Amazing tour!
Tour guide is well informed and very friendly! Edward was really cool and showed us many additional things on the way to the caves. We would never have made it there without him. He even went out of his way to help look for our keys after the tour. Great guy!

Tons of walking but totally worth every step!
Now, there is A LOT of walking, and if it’s hot, you’ll want to find shade to stand in at you different stops. Now that I got that out of the way, this walking tour was PHENOMENAL and Brandon was amazing. He gave us the history, stories and visuals that you need to learn about an area. We did the tour with our three boys (11,9,6). Our six year old had a few moments of whining about the walking here and there, but he did really well. Our 9 and the 11 year old were perfectly fine. We each had a neck fan, light clothes, small backpacks with water bottles and comfortable shoes. We were great.
You stop at a local coffee shop mid-way through the tour and it’s a nice recharging point (we got iced teas, iced coffees, gatorades, and delicious lemon blueberry loafs).
Note that you will pass local vendor tents that you won’t have time to stop at during the tour but Brandon will give you directions that get you right back there.
We learned so much about Old San Juan, the Taino Indians, Africans, and Spaniards and the rich culture of Puerto Rico. We loved it. You will too!

Book this tour!
What a memorable trip we had! Jonathan and El Capitan were our favorites, but the entire crew was absolutely amazing. The trips to and from Icacos were quick and easy. The crew was incredibly courteous and kept us hydrated. The food served for lunch was delicious. Lots of options to lounge, swim or explore the island once docked. Would highly recommend Sail Getaways!

A Truly Special Experience
This was a one-of-a-kind experience! It was a pleasure to explore the rainforest and learn about its treasures while enjoying splashing in the river. Our guide Andrea was fantastic! Truly a warm and welcoming person - it felt as if we were all friends by the end of the day.

Enjoy the waters !
Found from TikTok and glad I booked! Price was reasonable and worth the experience. Hotel pickup was smooth and if not available where you stay. Recommend uber as that’s what we did. Tracey and crew were welcoming and helpful . Midday lunch and snacks provided and after snorkeling even was able to keep the snorkel. If you’re thinking it’ll be a private booking and boat, it’s shared and was full. It was a great time and experience overall!

The crew was fantastic...
The crew was fantastic from the start. The crew was very organized, thorough and it was evident safety is of the utmost priority. The snorkeling at Culebra was amazing. After Culebra, we moved on to Flamenco Beach we’re lunch and drinks were served and we were able to enjoy the gorgeous beach. I would highly recommend this as a “must-do” if you are in Puerto Rico!

Great family experience
Our guide, Reuben, was terrific! He shared info about Puerto Rico’s history, the rainforest and other places of interest as we drove. He was great guiding our group in the water slides and swimming, and was incredibly patient with 1 person who was more hesitant than the others.
The experience includes a visit to a natural slide and spring pool that requires a lot of climbing over rocks. Bring socks you can wear throughout, and then a clean pair for ziplining. We did not wear our sneakers in the water, so you only need 1 pair of shoes. We were able to watch our kids do the slides & swimming - we did not have to participate unless we wanted to.
The zip lining was great - very organized, terrific staff, beautiful scenery. So fun, even with my fear of heights!
The Laquilla beach & kiosk visit was at the end of our experience (the order was changed because of the timing/availability of the zip lining passes). We enjoyed a yummy lunch and wandered the shops, but didn’t opt to spend time on the beach. It looked nice tho.
Definitely recommend!
