Meet up with your BACARDI host at the facility’s BACARDI Pavilion for an in-depth tasting session led by one of the company’s knowledgeable specialists. Start off with a welcome cocktail—a mojito, daiquiri, or Cuba Libre—before your rum tasting.
Sample a range of rum styles selected by the BACARDI master blender that may include BACARDI Gran Reserva Maestro de Ron, BACARDI Reserva Limitada, BACARDI Carta Blanca, BACARDI Gran Reserva 8 Años, and the high-end Casa BACARDI Special Reserve, which is not available anywhere else. As you taste, learn about each style’s unique attributes, helping you to develop a newfound appreciation for this iconic Caribbean spirit.
During the course of your visit, have time to shop for a variety of collectibles and fun gifts at the on-site store.

I think is over price for 15 minutes extra inside a facility and a small taste of rum the maestro walk was around 105 dollars and the other tour is only 45 you get the same for less money,the tour guide was super good, friendly and made it fun, but there is little walking for a Maestro walk... they only walk you inside a storage room for about 10 minutes, the warn you and scare you about the heat inside, there is nothing to worry the place is ok and you dont have time to get hot as it only last less than 5 minutes, they take your cell phones away and they take photos for you to buy for x amount, again if you want to go is ok but i get the cheaper tour and would be the best way to spend your money

This was an okay experience and overpriced. Our guide is what made the tour better. She was very informative and vibe to be around. I personally would suggest doing the Mixology class instead.

Great Time, Besides the Hot Warehouse, Suggestion- Should take pics before the walk threw so we wont look so sweaty. Francisco (Bartender) was Awesome, he was very knowledgeable about the different Drinks & Ingredients. Great Job!

It was a fantastic way to spend the day! We were treated and upgraded to the Maestros Walk from our Mixology Class Tour. My hisband and I and three kids18, 19 and 20 all had a wonderful time relaxing and sipping on drinks in the pavilion, enjoyed our trolley ride of the grounds and warehouse and had a momentous time sampling the beautiful rums of Bacardí. We spent another hour or two after the tour hanging out in the Bat pavilion sipping on drinks and enjoying the beautiful day! Thank you for a fantastic time! An absolute highlight of our trip for sure!

Our guide Maria was wonderful & engaging, with lots of great tips to share for the best way to mix different rums and what to pair it with.
The tour itself, however, was a tad underwhelming. The tour of the area itself lasted maybe five minutes, and then we spent the rest of the time in a room.
I’m not sure what I expected, but I guess a little bit more walking around and touring areas while doing tastings.
Sitting in a windowless room for most of the experience was a little bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, it was still fun to learn more about BACARDÍ’s history and try some of their signature rums - don’t get me wrong!

I visited Casa Bacardí during my trip and had such a great experience! I booked my tour last minute and ended up missing my original time slot, but the staff was incredibly helpful and quickly got me rebooked for a later tour. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, which immediately made me feel welcome. I went solo, but that didn’t last long. A random group I met bought me a shot, and I ended up meeting some really amazing people throughout the day. The staff also recommended a meal for me, and I’m glad they did because it forced me to eat before I started drinking lol. The food was delicious and definitely helped me pace myself. One of my favorite parts was meeting a wonderful woman and her husband. She was celebrating her birthday too, so we instantly connected. We spent time taking beautiful pictures together and made some great memories.The gift shop was amazing, and I picked up a few things for myself and my family. Between the drinks, the food, the people, and the atmosphere, the entire experience was a highlight of my trip. Honestly, the photos came out so good they should put us in a Casa Bacardí ad and pay us lol! Highly recommend visiting if you’re in Puerto Rico.

Our tour guide was great. We were just in a group where there was a lack of etiquette. They were loud on the shuttle and over talking the instructor which took away from the experience.

The waiting area where you wait for your tour to start was very beautiful however the tour itself was horrible the trolly had this loud vibration noise and I could not hear anything our tour guide was saying. I went for the history Bacardi and learn nothing .The tasting part was ok as well as the tour guy explaining each liquor was good.
