We knew nothing about rum before the tour and now we feel like we could be a blender. Not really but it was a lot of fun, we learned a lot, tasted 4 rums, and Ed was a fantastic and knowledgeable guide.

It is fun but it is very expensive for what's included. They give you a token for a drink but you can only get a choice of 2 very basic rum drinks! The history lesson is very short for 100 bucks,

The entire staff is welcoming from the moment you arrive! Our guide for the rum tasting was amazing…he was informative and funny and definitely kept everyone engaged. If you go the Piña Coladas are a must have.

Did the rum tasting and tour. They have a very nice outdoor venue when you arrive/depart. Lively music, outdoor games, and good spots for photos. Bar serves about 10 different cocktails. Food kiosk serves mostly appetizers.
The tour itself is just okay. It runs about 15 minutes and entirely done from a tram. Hearing the guide over the speaker was difficult. Also, because of the tour brevity, I felt like there's much info. about Bacardi that is not provided. There is no opportunity to ask questions during the tour.
The rum tasting was the best part. Our guide did a fantastic job explaining Bacardi's distilling and aging processes. Explained and discussed each of the 4 rum varietals as well. Lots of opportunities for questions during this stage of the tour.
In summary, it's a nice vibe and good way to spend an afternoon in Cataño.

Maria was amazing! I loved her tour and presentation. She’s a profession with a lot of personality and knowledge. I also love the way she pronounces BaCardi. The rums were all delicious with their own characteristics and taste. The chocolate was decadent and rich. There’s some good finds in the store.

The tour guides are amazing, they really know everything about the history of the Baccardi. The actual tasting was good, but we found it a bit boring, but that eas just us. We did learn how to taste Rum though.

Absolutely the best piña colada I’ve ever had! For an adventure, we took a ferry to Old San Juan and caught the shuttle bus to BACARDÍ. We don’t know we had to prepay for the bus but they let us pay at the factory. However, I would not recommend waiting for a shuttle bus back to the ferry. I would suggest calling uber to bring you back to town. The tour was fun. We did rum tasting.

A great time. Best liquor factory tour I’ve ever been on. Come early and enjoy a free cocktail in an outdoor covered pavilion, and maybe buy another one.

The tasting consists of 4 types of rum, a tour of the Bacardi campus, and a history of the Bacardi brand. Learning about the history was nice. The campus tour is fairly short. Unfortunately the tour just leaves you wanting a little something more. The tour guides are great. They tell the history with a flair and personality that keeps you engaged and entertained. The mixology class is the better choice.

We enjoyed learning the history of Bacardi and the technique of how to swirl the glass and nose to smell the ingredients. My favorite was the third rum. My husband liked the last rum.

We took the 4 pm tour and were very disappointed. The whole tour was from a tram and it was too late on the day to see much going on. The testing was fun, but they could have shown some video of behind the scenes

We had huge travel delays and issues with our Airbnb where we had to check out immediately upon arrival and find a new place to say because we had no running water in that we missed our reservation for the tour. Casa Bacardi AND Viator made it extremely difficult for us as they will not refund or offer to reschedule. We have lost $400 dollars. Will never book with Viator or this rum tour again. Will let my family and friends know too so they can choose elsewhere to book their tours.
