A great experience

The young lady who meet us at the ferry, was so sweet and helpful. The driver on the island was great and very brave because those roads are small. The snorkeling guide was so nice, patient and very attentive to everyone in the group. Seeing all the marine life as well as the sea turtles, was amazing.

The boat ride to the...

The boat ride to the island is not on a fancy boat. You will get wet during almost the entire ride if sitting towards the back of the boat and it is a loud and bumpy ride but absolutely worth it! The snorkeling was awesome! We saw some beautiful fish, a huge crab, and even turtles! We got to snorkel for about 45 minutes and got back on the boat to Flamenco Beach. We were lucky enough to have amazing weather to get there. The beach was insanely gorgeous! The boat docks in the water and you will need to swim to the beach. For those that couldn't swim, staff put the floatation devises and also helped them get out to the beach. Lunch was cold meat sandwiches, fruit, pasta salad and chips all very tasty! (no condiments bring your own) I'd recommend bringing a waterproof bag preferably a floating one and towels. Would not recommend bringing small children. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, they even bring drinks to you out in the water and on the beach!

Underwater sea adventure

This was so much fun! The crew was focused on our family's safety and also made sure that we had a great time. they were super patient with my kids. They took photos and videos that we could not have gotten ourselves so definitely get the photo package. My younger son did not weigh enough so they refunded his ticket without us asking and let him snorkel with us. This exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend the underwater sea trek enough 😊

Swimming in Stars

The tour and guides were amazing! The experience was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Warm water, shooting stars, and bio luminescent glows that looked like stars in the water. Note: Plan for 2.5 plus hours if you need to get dinner prior to your excursion. Reserva 304 is not the place to go unless you have 3 plus hours before your boat ride. The parking is a nightmare for dinner, use Calle to Avenue los Pescadores and park on the side streets. Even though the tour has parking… it is bumpy.

Loved it!

We had a GREAT time. Unfortunately for us, there was a half ironman race going on the same morning which scared away the manatee, but we saw SO much other sea life! Tons of turtles, starfish, many species of tropical fish. Would recommend, and I would totally do this same excursion again

Best day ever!!!

SOOOO much fun! This boat day was probably one of our favorite days of our trip. The crew was super awesome and told us about some great local spots to visit. Snorkeling was a lot of fun and the beach was incredible. Great food and even better drinks!! The crew was super high energy and a lot of fun, shoutout to Michael, Oscar, and Kevin!! A must do in San Juan!

We had an absolute blast! It was like playing mermaids for adults. The jet packs are easy to use and not so aggressive you feel overwhelmed, but helped us zoom around on an extremely windy day. We got to see some turtles and the guide took some amazing videos and photos. Our guide was so patient and helpful, obviously extremely skilled, and made sure everyone had a really fun and safe experience. Because of that, this experience is beginner friendly. You enter from a nice beach so it’s very easy in and out. Can’t recommend enough!

We had a great time!...

We had a great time! Justin was excellent and kept telling us we could stop and turn around at any point. Surprisingly my nieces (11 & 16) kept wanting to go further. This was definitely more of a swim workout rather than a leisurely snorkel off a boat lol but we all enjoyed, the fish were beautiful and it was definitely a great experience

Fun snorkeling adventure at a kid’s pace

This was a nice morning activity for our family with two kids, ages 7 and 10, who were first timers. It was long enough to feel worth it but not so long that energy and tolerance were maxed out. We booked last minute and basically had a private tour. Andrew was very kind and patient with our daughter whose mask kept needing readjustments. Recommend for an easy family adventure close to San Juan.

Family Vacation

The excursion was very nice I traveled with 10 family members ranging from 17years old - 71 years old. Everyone had a blast. The captain and his crew were friendly, polite and considerate of those that didn't swim. The 2 snorkeling areas they took us to were very nice. The beach was great, not too crowded. However, I was not happy with Viator, my family and I were looking for a private boat. Viator told us this excision was on a private boat and pick up at our hotel was included. In fact, neither was true, it wasn't a private boat nor was the pick up included. Nor the date they confirmed was available. We paid and that same day I received a call from the excursion company letting me know that there was a mistake / computer glitch and there was no availability for the Monday we booked and they had an opening the following day in the afternoon. The cost for an afternoon excursion is less then the morning excursion so they were going to give me a credit which I haven't received as of today. I would be very careful when booking with Viator. The snorkeling company should be responsible for refunding my families money.
