The experience includes a designated driver who leads the tour.
It's a guided tour and each UTV seats up to 3 passengers.
The UTVs are not driven primarily by passengers, but one person will have the opportunity to drive.

The tour guide was late. He even picked up the wrong group instead of us. If I did not text him, he would have gone with the wrong group. The tour started late and was definitely not what we paid for. The tour guide was even going to wrong direction as we paid for an island tour and not a beach tour. We could have just taken a taxi if we wanted to go to the beach. I would not recommend this tour. The price was ridiculous for what we got. A total rip-off. The tour is just a scam.

The tour guide was late and did not meet us in the lobby of the hotel. Then he surprised us with a waiver form that was not emailed ahead of time and evidently included a surprise charge for $50 insurance. Then he said his parking pass was stolen and he could not leave the garage. We waited in the hot stuffy parking garage with no end in sight before my daughter complained she felt faint and we had enough and left. There was no support from the tour company and when I told him I was unsatisfied he accused me of discriminatory language (lol). Stay away at all costs.

For transparency, parts of the interaction were recorded on camera, and these records do not support the claims made. Regarding the concerns raised: The insurance fee of $50 USD is clearly stated in advance under “What’s Included and What’s Not Included” in the booking details. The waiver form is a standard safety requirement for all participants. The situation regarding parking was communicated as it occurred, and we made efforts to manage the delay. From our perspective, the issues described stem from a misunderstanding and refusal to proceed under the agreed terms, particularly the insurance requirement. Terrible Tour Guide

The tour was supposed to start at 5 PM. The tour guide called us at 4 PM stating that we are late for the tour. I spoke with the manager via phone (+1 (747) 474-5531) around 9 AM on August 21, 2025 confirming our tour to start at 5 PM later that evening. When we arrived the tour guide stated he cannot give us the full 2 hour tour since we were late which we were not. The car was dirty, the tour guide was on FaceTime while driving us, and all throughout the tour I was contacting the manager because the tour guide would not listen to us or give us a proper tour because he said he has another tour to give right after us. The unprofessional behavior of the tour guide was absolutely appalling. Here is photo evidence of the tour guide texting while driving and screenshots of me texting with the manager during the tour. He ran over a sidewalk because he was texting and driving which is obviously a safety issue. The miscommunication and lack of respect from the tour guide ruined what was even left of the tour because I was constantly calling the manager for the tour guide to honor the 2 hour tour. He just drove us around alleyways to kill time because he did not want to drive to old San Juan through the traffic. This was a horrible experience and I urge you to remove this company from your website.

Our tour guide Daniel was one of the best tour guides we have come across in a long time. He is very passionate about the culture of Puerto Rico and provided great information to help us learn about the area. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the miscommunication regarding insurance component. The written description does not make clear that you are required to purchase $45 insurance to cover the cost of the vehicle if you are in an accident. The insurance does not cover bodily injury it only covers the vehicle itself - so whatever you are paying through trip advisor or Viator expect to make an additional payment when you arrive.

My sister and I can’t stop raving about this adventure and it wouldn’t have been amazing if it weren’t for our exceptional guide, Daniel. He was so patient while we took our pictures and walked around monuments. Additionally he explained to us what we were seeing and the history behind Old San Juan and the various stops we made. This was a great way to start our trip and I highly recommend for anyone that wants to go around San Juan/Old San Juan on a time restriction.

Scammer scammer scammer. It’s not worth the money and is ran by a bunch of liers. Beware. I was drove to one thing and then left at the t-mobile for a hour. The guy in the meantime went on the tour by himself. I only know this because I was sent a video. And he was texting me in the meantime tell me he would be back in 15 mins and I literally had to ask him where he was. When he picked us up he had a weed pen in his hand and smelled really bad of it like really bad. He then proceeded to ask me where my hotel was and drove us straight there. When I got to my hotel I report this and was showed a video and when dude was texting us he proceeded to fake the tour and drove to all the stops by himself. I have a timeline and it shows where he was when Viator stated her was parked. This buiness is a joke.

The ride was a lot of fun and it was a great way to ride around the city. Our driver was very friendly but spoke very little English. We used google translate though so it wasn’t a huge deal. I was looking forward to the itinerary outlined in the listing but we only stopped one place. We had 7 minutes at one of the forts. The listing said it included admission for several places but we never stopped or went in anywhere. I was bummed about that but our driver was really nice. There’s a lot of traffic so we sat quite a bit :/ the driver was kind enough to drop us at the cruise port though so I gave 4 stars for that reason.

I booked this tour online for 8pm. After I paid, she reached out and stated that the time that I booked for wasn’t available. She offered a 10pm, I told her that it would possibly work. Then reached back out and stated that we could not do 10pm bc of our flight time. I asked for a refund, she stated that she could not give me a refund then went on to say that they could do 8pm. This was at 7:45!!!! Do not book with this company. It wasn’t 24 hours I literally booked the same day and they told me that I could not get a refund bc THEY DID NOT HAVE THE TIME THAT I ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR AVAILABLE. Luckily I kept the conversation between us, so it’ll make my dispute process easier.

We took a 2 hour tour to Old San Juan. It was very nice to see the old buildings without having to walk all the streets. The vehicle was fun to drive, we made a couple of stops and took tons of pictures.

So I booked this trip for me and my fiancé on her Birthday, I paid $290 plus $80 additional dollars for motorcycle insurance. So total of $370 to drive maybe a tota of 40 mins they drove the rest, and to be put in a UTV with a fill in so was having himself a grand old time giving us whiplash with his accelerating just to hear the nitrous, my fiancé left sick. The man that worked with the other couple was very nice. I just think it’s so over priced so what we got. Sorry would not recommend to anyone. Save your money.

Primero que nada la experiencia es altamente peligrosa, ya que es evidente la falta de mantenimiento de los transportes, los conductores venían jugando carreras entre ellos para ver quién podía es más rápido , haciendo la experiencia altamente nerviosa e insegura, en 2do nos llevaron por una ruta COMPLETAMENTE diferente a la que reservamos, llevándonos por caminos escombrosos llegando a “áreas” que no indicaban en el itinerario, y jamás retomaron el tour por donde debía ser ni nos llevaron a los destinos que tenían en la descripción. Así como la completa nula educación y atención de los guías, un servicio deficiente, inseguro y cargado de malas experiencias, se supone era un tour guiado y JAMÁS se nos dirigió la palabra para describir alguno de los desconocidos destinos que nos llevaron. Viator no se hizo responsable, y no obtuvimos reembolso porque no investigan a la compañía. No vale la pena de dinero ni de tiempo.

Gracias , por su comentario lamentablemente escogieron una ruta , para el viejo San Juan el dia de la parada de orgullo LGBT , la cual la carretera estaba cerrada desde las 8AM se le notifico para mover el tour de horario , o de dia para que puedan tener una experiencia agradable , empezaron a faltar el respeto a la hora que llegaron . Mensionando palabras soeces , el cual se le oriento nuevamente , y optaron por obtener el tour de la playa ....llevamos varios anos sirviéndole a muchas personas y familias ...nos disculpamos si en este caso ustedes no se sintieron agusto , pero se le dieron opciones de cambio y un voucher gratis valido por un ano para que le puedan utilizar en otro momento . ( cuando se explica un tour guiado es para que ustedes puedan manejar la unidad o no en este caso no quiero manejar y pues tour lead mantuvo control de la unidad ) tenemos fotos y videos también consentimiento de parte de ustedes para que el tour fuera por otra ruta . Gracias por su comentario esto como compania nos hace mas fuerte y para implementar un mejor servicio para clientes como usted .
