- This is a moderate to strenuous activity, not suitable for everyone - please read entire description.
- Hiking and water shoes are strongly recommended, tennis with a good grip also work. Remember you will hike thru rocky, muddy, uneven surfaces and rock climb.
- Wear bathing suit and comfortable clothes. Bring a towel and extra pair of clothing.
- Pregnant ladies, persons with back or knee problems, recent surgeries, injuries, mobility impairments or other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this tour.
- Children must be 7 years or older to participate.
- Due to safety reasons participants must be able to understand English or Spanish. Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. An alternative for persons with certain limitations is to book a Private Rainforest tour. Please contact us for more information.
- Have a good breakfast before departing on the tour.
- Operates based on weather and river conditions, there is a possibility of cancellation if conditions are not found safe during rainy days.
- Use of lifejacket and helmet is mandatory. $100 fee will apply for each piece of equipment if not returned.
- Once you begin the tour, you must finish it all the way up to the second stop and return back with the group.
- On Saturdays the hike is longer and more challenging since we depart from a different point.
- Estimated tour duration of 8 hours includes: 3.5 hours at the forest, 1.5 hr driving each way and lunch time.
- Please travel light and only bring the necessary to the tour. Leave behind electronic devices, any important documentation like passport, large sums of cash or credit cards. Cell phones require waterproof case.
- Failure to provide hotel/lodging or cruise information upon booking may result in bus not being able to pick you at your location or close to it. No refunds will be issued if you miss your pick up.
- Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following COVID19 protocols or not dressed appropriately (due safety) the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
- Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the ** day prior ** to your tour.
- Transportation included only from selected hotels and areas in San Juan. Persons staying in Rio Grande, Luquillo or Fajardo will have a meeting point assigned.
- Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the tour. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the tour.

Amazing experience I did this solo for my birthday and my tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable, and had amazing backflips. Glad this tour has safety helmets because the other tours don’t and we saw someone get hurt because of it.

Think it is a little dif for older folks like me😂 great group though. So much fun to be around but the climb can be a little challenging and the water fall a little scary if the current is strong. All in all, had a great time. They take you to authentic places to eat lunch which was fantastic! Felix should run a food tour as well bc he knows how to pick the best places. I didnt see any other group having such a energized leader as him. They look out for you 100% of time. Dont miss out, stick W this group.

Luis were amazing!! Frankie explained the whole itinerary and we knew exactly what to expect. We were provided helmets and life jackets and we were thrilled to have them. Frankie and Luis made our family of 4 including an 8 yo feel so comfortable and safe. They were so patient and kind helping our daughter throughout the whole day. Frankie was fun and informative and you could feel the passion he has for nature and the rainforest. Luis did a great job navigating us to and through the rainforest with ease. Highly recommend this tour!!!

Our driver and tour guide Jason Velez was just fantastic! We were able to experience rock climbing, hiking, swimming and waterfalls and such a beautiful landscape. We even enjoyed the mud! And we were able to learn about the rain forest, the different kinds of trees and tropical plants (we even ate some flowers!). After the rainforest, we enjoyed typical food from Puerto Rico. This was a great experience all and all.

This experience is definitely highly recommend you get the entire experience here. 100/100. From the hiking to the challenge of traversing to the waterfall slide, the jump and the rope swing it was absolutely amazing. When I do come back it will be with Bespoke and I highly recommend Jason who was amazing, informative and helpful. You absolutely cannot miss this experience hearing the coquis, the birds and seeing how the rain forest is what it is. I would never miss this again when I come back to Puerto Rico.

It was such a great experience! Jason was charismatic and provided us with interesting facts and information as we trekked throufh the forest. Alias was fun and played pranks and was kind enough to video and take pics to provide pics to the group after the tour.
It was a fun hike. We crossed and walked through rivers, climbed rocks, in and out of a tiny cave over tree roots. We did a jungle swing, jumped off cliffs, rode down a water slide. The water was so refreshing and felt great.

George and Luis were amazing tour guides! The rainforest is beautiful and getting to cliff jump and slide down waterfalls was truly a bucket list item experience. Adriana & Cristian were the BEST guides during this experience. From the moment we were picked up at our hotel, we were greeted by both of them & it felt as is we were cousins reconnecting after a few months of not seeing each other. They both took such great care of not only us but the entire group. Adriana’s warm & positive energy mixed with Cristian’s ninja like movements throughout El Yunque, everything about this trip was amazing. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to truly connect with Puerto Rico & experience the beautiful land. We will definitely be coming back!

If I could give Julian and Elias six stars I would! The two guided worked extra hard to make sure everyone on this trip had a great and memorable experience. The hike was not particularly difficult and just on case you are nervous, there are frequent breaks to learn the history of El Yunque and other interesting facts. If you have the time in PR, this tour is HIGHLY recommended.

I had such a great experience, especially because of our guide Audriana!! She was amazing and made us all feel so safe! Great energy and love that we had so many photos and videos taken to remember it. We had the BEST day!! The tour group was small enough that it felt manageable to move throughout the craziness of the pretty popular trail (it is spring break right now). Adriana was an INCREDIBLE tour guide — she was bright, warm, and was so knowledgeable about the rainforest and all of the activities. She was just the best. WE LOVE YOU FAMILY!!!

Highlights: guides (helpful & funny), beautiful hike, waterfalls, pools. Be daring and do the water slide and jumps! Overall takes a very long time from pickup at hotel to drop off that evening. Felt like it was being stretched at times, might just be that I'm not used to being on "island time" :) Lunch spot was excellent! You could do hike on your own but would miss out on lots of interesting and helpful information.

First and foremost, Frankie was such a fun and animated guide! My husband, sister, brother-in-law and I had such a fun time! We went on my actual husband's birthday, got to have fun in the beautiful rainforest while also doing some dopamine rush activities! Then we stopped at an amazing local restaurant and had great food and drinks to finish the celebration. I would totally do this again.

Jason and Jay were excellent tour guides - watching over everyone, providing tons of info and making lots of jokes to create a fun experience for all. I highly recommend this tour as an adventurous Puerto Rico experience! It doesn’t matter if you’re traveling solo, you will leave with friends at the end of it!

Incredible experience. For anyone on the fence, just do it - I promise you won't regret it. Our guide George and Luis were so amazing! They took photos for us, explained things very well, and it was a great full-day experience. We were out from 8:45am-5pm. Bring shoes that you don't care about getting muddy, although even then, they washed our shoes off afterwards (so nice of them). I would recommend buying lunch where they take you as it's VERY good and truly extremely affordable even for those penny-pinchers. Again, our guides Luis and George take photos and videos of everything for us so we didn't have to take anything into the rainforest as well as where they parked was in a secure lot so my stuff felt very safe. PLEASE bring extra cash to tip your tour guides. No matter what it is, they will also accept Venmo or Cash App, but they have long days and truly do the most and are people too - with hopes, dreams, and goals. Couldn't recommend Luis and George more, amazing guys and I wish them all the best.

Adriana and Elias were our tour guides and they were amazing at their job in multiple ways! They know their lands (knowledgeable), friendly and inclusive, hilarious and know how to relax people’s nerves when trying those experiences for their 1st time. They have also been keeping an eye on all of us the entire time. They took pics and videos of all of us doing these water activities so we can enjoy them later and be able to download them. We had our GoPro with us but they really did a great job filming us when we couldn’t! Hire them in a heartbeat!

The tour was great. Our guide Felix was great (chaaan chaaan chaaannn). The slide was fun as well as the rope swing and cliff jumping.
