What are people saying about San Juan

San Juan in 3 hours
The Old San Juan and San Juan tour was great. The tour guide Faraon was incredible. We hit all of
the main tourist attractions and it was also cool to dine at a local establishment. Faraon readily answered our questions about Puerto Rico and to be honest by the end of the tour he felt more like family than a tour guide.

Awesome experience
Had an awesome time. Definitely the highlight of our trip. Our guide Adynn was great and we got some cool background on different things throughout the rainforest. Definitely recommend. Just a side note- before booking we did think that 5-6 hours would be too long but it honestly goes by so fast that it was the perfect amount of time

Excellent tour with a moderate hike
Isaac was a phenomenal guide, very knowledgeable and personable! He knew about the city and its history as well as the forest we hiked. During the rainforest hike, he made sure each group was comfortable with each part of the hike based on their capabilities and the swimming area was gorgeous and comfortable. Lastly he took us to a lunch spot out of the typical tourist area and it was delicious! 10/10 would tour with Isaac again!

Rum Tour and Mixology - 5 Stars All Day - Highly Recommended! 🇵🇷
First off, Puerto Rico is #1 on my bucket list. With that said a Rum Tour was definitely gonna happen. After reading several reviews The “Ron Del Barrilito” Tour and Mixology experience was top notch. Everyone in the Visitor center was Polite and Professional. After checking in we received our buzzer and went to the bar for our free drink. The host told us what drinks were included in the mixology experience (Old Fashion, Encanto Daiquiri and Pina Colada). At the Bar I got a Rum & Coke and my wife got a Lavender drink. We enjoyed our drinks inside and on the outside terrace. We also checked out the gift shop. When our scheduled tour time came around the buzzer went off and we joined Eric our tour guide. Eric is very well spoken and a true professional. The tour began with a visit to the home of the original owners on the estate. Great views and photo opportunities. Then onto the factory, a few views along the way and pho ops. The Factory is a small operation with High Quality Rum as a result. The Creation process is a secret recipe, but you see the Barrels and how they move from point to point in the creation process. You will experience the smells of the process. The 1952 Barrel has an amazing story. Lastly we followed up with the Mixology experience. No talent needed. Eric was an excellent instructor as he walked us through the three drinks. One by one, with clear instructions on everything that was used. The best part - Enjoying the drinks you made (full portions) no skimping here. A Truly wonderful experience full of laughter and your senses will be enlightened. We had so much rum and fun. We also ordered the Chips and Chicken w/ cilantro. Delicious. It paired well with the rum drinks. Before we left we took advantage of the buy to 3 Star bottles and get a bottle of Coquito. Oh and the bar will give you free samples of the rum if you ask. As we left in our Lyft, I truly appreciated the Ron Del Barrilito experience. It felt personal and full of the PR Rum Culture. This was an absolutely fantastic experience and will be a lasting memory for my wife and I. Thank you Eric, Thank you Ron Del Barrilito visitor staff. Highly recommend - 5 Stars all day. Oh did I mention, the Rum drinks are so delicious. Very smooth and the Best Pina Colada ever.

Great tour of my island - Puerto Rica :)
This was an outstanding tour as it was advertised - Let me show off my island. There is over 500 years of history regarding the evolution of the island from the orignal Spanish occupation to becoming a US Territory. Our guide - Zoe did an excellent job of covering a wide range of sites and providing background information. The Road to the Rain Forest is narrow and windy if you can't stand windy roads. The weather was fine - overcast. There is a limited amount of walking. There are a lot of sights to see including the rural areas. The pit stop for lunch was fabulous - local cusine.

The Best Trip and Tour Guide!!!!
Narayan was absolutely phenomenal!!! He gave such an in depth and captivating history of Puerto Rico. He even took us to locations outside of the designated trip. His education and genuine enthusiasm of the culture was captivating! I couldn't have prayed for a better tour guide. He also helped my mom as she has limited mobility!! The best part was a tour of the State Building where we learned of PR's Constitution and Government. As a History buff, this was THE highlight. Such an amazing opportunity. For those wondering whether to book, do not hesitate. Worth every DAMN penny. Thank you Narayan!

Jonathan is the best!!! 10/10
We traveled with Jonathan as our driver and he was so kind and welcoming. I felt safe and taken care of the entire time! On the way there he took time to explain sights in Puerto Rico that we were passing. Absolutely recommend (bonus points if jonathan is your driver!!)

This is the tour to take!!! Amazing experience!!!!
The tour was so informative and interesting! I loved learning how much went into making rum and I had no idea how much went into it! It is an amazing process and our tour guide was wonderful. I highly recommend taking a tour through this peurto Rican owned rum company who truly takes so much pride in their process❤️ and of course, we had to take about $200 worth of rum back home with us!

Wonderful experience
This was the only operator I could find that would arrange for a trip to Mosquito Bay on Vieques from the main island.
Though the pick-up time on the website was different than in real life, this was not a major problem. The driver, Tito, was right on time as communicated the day before. The first hiccup was not the fault of the operator but of the ferry service. They moved our departure from 2 pm to 3 pm. Raphael, our guide, made arrangements for the group to go to a nearby marina to have dinner instead of on Vieques.
Our second hiccup was that the operator they used on Vieques didn't have enough kayaks to accommodate the entire group, so 3 of us were relegated to a second operator. This proved to be an advantage since the company we were assigned to had see-through kayaks which added to the whole experience.
All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and I would use them again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great way to visit Culebra!
VERY well organized at Ceiba docks. There is parking away from the docks, but a shuttle takes you to the check in point for the ferry. Once you are checked in you are taken to a covered holding area in which you can sit down. When everyone has arrived you are taken to board the ferry. There are several ferries, but the one we boarded was very comfortable. It takes a little over an hour to arrive at Culebra Island.
If you are prone to seasickness, then take a Dramamine 30 minutes prior to departure, however, it is a smooth ride on most days. Once you arrive in Culebra you can choose tours, or various modes of transportation to see the island.
This is a great way to visit Culebra! Highly recommend!

A first-hand view of the whole city
Angel and Annie took us first to Old San Juan, by the forts and through the historic cobblestone streets. We saw the original Spanish structures and learned their significance. Next was the expansion phase of the city out of its original walls centered on the Capitol. I didn't think I would find the 20th century expansion of the city as interesting, but Angel told us about the recent history of specific neighborhoods focusing on gentrification and the development of tourism, ending our tour at the modern convention center district. We enjoyed discussing his growing up in the city and what it is like to live there. A wonderful, personal two hours.
