Participants will meet at the José Celso Barbosa statue and then walk together to the beach for the class. Latecomers should stand with their backs to the statue, walk to the right toward the beach roundabout with the palm trees and shaded area. You’ll find us there.

My partner and I arrived at the meeting location on time and met with the instructor, who seemed very friendly and engaging. We were very excited for this event. There were approximately 5-6 others at the meeting location (who also were on time) before we walked as a group to the beach. As we started the activity with the basics, we noticed other participants “trickling in” and this continued 15 minutes following the start time. This caused significant disruption to the instructor as she attempted to “bring them up to speed” on what was covered at the beginning of the class. By the end of the class, there were approximately 30 participants. We felt like it was very disorganized and had to stop at times as the instructor continued to address latecomers.
We were also told at the beginning and at the end of the class that we would receive a link with photos that were taken by the instructor’s assistant. It is now 4 days following the class and no link has been sent. I’ve attempted to contact the organizer to follow up but have received no response.

Yvette was amazing. She taught it to where a 5 year old could learn it and have fun with it. Loved her teaching style and energy. Will do again when I come back on another vacation

I enjoyed myself! The location was easy to find and the sun was almost setting while we were dancing so it was beautiful! The instructor asked all of us where we were from which made us feel included.

Really fun and informative! Our instructor Charlotte was so clear, fun, and knowledgeable. I felt like I knew what to do by the end of the class, and had a really fun time doing it. Would recommend Salsa Tour PR!

We had a great time and our instructor was very helpful. Her teaching method is excellent. However I recommend she put her phone on do not disturb so notifications won't interrupt the music.

This was such an amazing experience! I did this with my husband on my birthday and it truly was a beautiful view coupled with so much fun. You will definitely learn the basics and even a little razzle dazzle to make you feel like you can go out and do it on your own. Our guide was amazing, instructions were clear, BOOK IT!

It started out with an appropriate size group for the size of beach space that we had. Others were welcomed that had not booked the experience and it became alittle to crowded to move freely. Otherwise Charlotte was a well- accomplished & fantastic instructor.

It was a lot of fun. Only bad thing it was a little crowded in our area making it difficult to dance. Also the speaker/microphone was hard to hear.
I would recommend though. We had fun.

It’s lot of fun - keeps you moving non-stop for an hour. Instructor (Charlotte) is fantastic. She is energetic and engaging. There were close to 30 people in our group, making it a little crowded. Otherwise, highly recommended activity while in San Juan.

We have never taken a salsa dancing class before and had SO much fun. This class is geared for beginners and takes place on the beach, which was a beautiful backdrop for the class. Our instructor, Michael, was phenomenal and made everything so much fun! People came both solo and with partners, so everyone was welcome!

The lesson was fun with amazing views. We met a few couples. This activity was for my boyfriend and my birthday. We would have loved if there was more space to practice. The mimosas on the beach t sunset was a nice touch.

We wanted make changes for our appointment but only way to talk to tourist is via messengers in app and no one responded when I called Viator no one picked but now I can’t cancel my appointment and money wasted very unprofessional.
