The driver we had spoke very poor English. He knew No history of the city. He didn't even know the name of two of the churches in old san juan. It was a very expensive taxi ride.

Excellent tour guide - very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of history with personal details added. Was able to see a good portion of the city and get a real feel for it.

Our driver called ahead to let us know there was a protest in the streets and helped reschedule our tour for later in the day, which we really appreciated. It was a great heads-up and very accommodating.
Our driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the town, which made the experience even better. We were able to take our time at each stop and never felt rushed.
We were also traveling with three small children and a large stroller, and there were no issues at all. Everything was handled smoothly. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant experience.

The tour with Mario was excellent but no one was there to meet us and we had a hot wait for 30 minutes

This was a very pleasurable excursion. It is customizable as to what you want to see, and what you are interested in. Our driver took us to a restaurant where we could have a lunch with the locals and their type of cuisine. He helped us order when needed, and was very thorough answering all of our questions about the culture, education, and industries. The vehicle was clean, air-conditioned, and he picked us up and dropped us off at our cruise ship. Well worth the money and economical compared to the excursions offered by the cruise line.
The tour was with Fajardo Taxi, and our driver was Kermi. We strongly recommend him as a tour guide.

Guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The pickup experience was not ideal as the booking agent recommended a location that was difficult to find for both us and the driver.

Never showed up! Missed our only day in San Juan for our family and grandchildren,. What a disappointment. This has never happened to us on a Trip Advisor or viator tour.

We had a fantastic time! What a great tour. We got to see all of the local sites as well as the historical sites and have wonderful food guidance and a wonderful guide. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to just get around and see parts of Puerto Rico.

Mario was great! He text to be sure we knew where to meet and time. He drove us to Old San Juan for some shopping and an authentic Puerto Rican restaurant away from the tourist area. It was fabulous!

We loved our tour with Mario! He was willing to change the itinerary to fit what we wanted to see. He took us to local neighborhoods where we were able to see dozens of murals created by local residents. He was very accommodating of my limited mobility, allowing us to put my wheelchair in the back of his van. We got a true sense of the city by seeing the local flavor and culture- restaurants, nightlife and shopping as well as a beautiful beach area right in the heart of the city. We spent a lovely afternoon in his beautiful city, and got to hear his stories of being "boricua" (native-born Puerto Rican). We very highly recommend this tour with Mario!

Mario was great, skimmed over the things we were not that interested in and focused on what we wanted to see. Showed us all the great murals and historical sites. My mother is disabled and has difficulty moving around. Mario kept it on point and drove by all the important places so that she could participate as well.

Rey was my driver. He was very easy going. He let me see what I wanted and did not make me go on a scripted tour. I wanted to see the art murals. It was like traveling with a friend. He is a great conversationalist. The art was great.
We also visited several other spots, ending at a great restaurant with amazing food. I would definitely choose Rey again.
