Rebecca made sure my birthday perfume experience was amazing. She was very patient and efficient with my check-in process and added her perfume expertise to ensure that the fragrance we created would last on our skin. She was amazing and made me feel comfortable with getting out of my comfort zone to try new scents.

Nice experience making our own perfumes. A little annoying that walk ins were given more attention and assistance than us when we had a reservation but we ended up with nice scents to take home.

I would definitely recommend this activity. It was a great experience and the staff was very nice and helpful. The staff made sure we loved our fragrance. They were a little short staffed on the day we visited which gave us less time to explore Old San Juan as we had to make it back to the ship on time.

Definitely make reservations. We had a blast creating our three different scents. My son is very particular, and Rebecca was so patient. She was also incredibly helpful with suggestions for me since my sense of smell is diminished. A unique and fun family activity.

I missed my initial booking, but they were able to accommodate me later in the day. I had a one on one experience with Bryan and he was the sweetest person! I practiced my Spanish with him and he alternated with English if I was not quite understanding. We had a lovely conversation about my trip, and he gave a few recommendations. I love the scent that I created and I would recommend this experience as something unique and personal as a souvenir from Puerto Rico. Bryan, thank you for the conversation, and I hope that you make it to Ireland one day, as we talked about.

Marie was our knowledgeable guide through the world of fragrance. My fiancé and I both were very satisfied with our perfumes, and her recommendations of scents to include or nix was spot-on. The location is beautiful and clean as well, and Marie took some great photos of us with a ring light.

The experience was amazing. Make sure to book an appointment due to how busy it can get. Maria & Nicole were awesome super helpful and easy to get along with. You will leave loving the scent and also be able to order again online with the ingredients still in the profile 10/10 would go again to this or other locations.

It was amazing. We had the best experience creating our own fragrance. Fabi was our instructor and she was great throughout the entire process she is kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Great clean place you’ll enjoy have fun creating your own scents!

Loved every second of this experience! My fiance and I love our colognes and perfumes. It was so fun creating exclusive scents with each other. Ruby was nothing short of amazing. She was knowledgeable and welcoming! We showed up an hour late due to the Sanse festival but Ruby still took her time with us. Definitely a must do when visiting old San Juan. We named or new fragrances, Sanse 26, DND, Omega Oil & Suave 13!

This was a lot of fun and Ali was really great to work with. She made a bunch of suggestions for scents to try and add. We never felt rushed and she made sure we were really happy with our scents before finalizing. We got a pretty bottle to take home and looking forward to using it!

Required cell phone to scan a QR code that took you to list of scents, I wish the list was available in a different way for younger kids. There wasn't any instructions or introduction to the process of completing the experience. Venue was crowded and I felt like it was understaffed for requirements of the employees getting each scent. I don't recommend.

This was an excellent and unique activity. I booked it for my girlfriend and went along as a spectator. When they reviewed how it worked, I decided to join her and paid for mine on site. We each came up with fragrances that we both like on each other.

If I could give this experience 15 stars, I would. And if I could give Luis 50 GOLD STARS, I would. What an amazing experience. We were already having a great day in Puerto Rico and this just took our day and absolutely made it 100000000% better.
First, we were greeted by Luis at 4:00 PM when we walked in. We told him we didn’t have an appt until 4:30 and he said, “well we can get started right now!”
He took us to the back of the shop to his station and got us set up with our accounts.
The process was SO much fun! We each gave him some perfumes/colognes we normally use at home and what our expectations were for the ones we were making. He was so patient through the whole process. He really made us feel like he cared about what we walked away with and it felt really nice to not be rushed through the process.
He gave us multiple scents to try together that either matched what we normally used or went with our vision. He was with us the whole time, helping us choose and narrow down scents that smelt good together. He would give an honest opinion. You could tell he really enjoyed helping us find our signature scent and as I said earlier you could tell he truly cared about what we walked away with. Whenever he would smell some combinations we would put together, he had this smile that would just tell you that you were on the right track and he really liked what you had come up with! He had a notebook that he was keeping notes in to make sure he knew what you were choosing and to keep track of the measurements.
My husband was going back and forth with some combinations. My husband explained in more detail the feeling he really wanted to go for when he smelt his new cologne and Luis understood what he said right away and understood the “feeling” he was looking for. Within 5 minutes, the scent was dialed in and we were starting our skin testing.
I asked him how long he had been doing this for and he told me to guess. I guessed about 2 years (just because he was SO GOOD at it) and he told me he had been working there for a whole week! I was like NO WAY! He was so down to earth and told us about some of his unique experience and what he had been doing with his life/time to lead him to this.
if I had to say ONLY one thing about the experience, it would have to be “Luis made this experience what it was. Wonderful, fun, and exciting!”
Sidenote - he also gave us some amazing food recommendations and we had an AMAZING, authentic Puerto Rican dinner!
I could not recommend this experience enough. And if you are LUCKY enough to get Luis, just know that he puts his all into the experience and you will not be disappointed.
100/10 would recommend. Wish I could do it again. Even better, we have accounts and all the measurements now and we can order again!

This was such a fun experience. Our guide, Dioni, was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept us laughing. There are a lot of fragrance options to choose from and the place is beautiful and they even take pictures for you at the completion of your class. I would do this experience again, it was worth the money, and highly recommend it!

I took my mom to Blanca for her birthday. She loves perfume and enjoyed making her own scent. Our chemist Ruby was so friendly and lovely. Ruby was very patient answering any questions. Overall the experience was wonderful and fun! My mom definitely enjoyed it and we now have a fun mother daughter memory together. Not to mention we adore our personalized scents.Highly recommend with groups or solo this is definitely something to do in OSJ. Thanks again to Ruby for a great experience 😊💖

This was a great way to spend a rainy evening. Our Perfumer Fabiola (Fabi) was absolutely delightful and a pleasure that helped us with choosing the best fragrance. My Daughter and I had fun doing this activity together. Highly recommend this to break up the sightseeing and souvenir shopping. And you even bring home you own named bottle of the scent.
