Long day of fun!

Well, planned well organized very very good communication the day before they picked us up and we left. Lunch and drinks were plentiful and perfect and this was definitely worth the money. They pick me up at 7:15. The drive was about an hour or so so we got there at nine. It was a full day of fun and then by the time we drove and got all the way back home it was 4 PM so even though Viator says this is about 5 1/2 hours with the travel time it ends up being an eight or nine hour day.

Amazing Experience

Jasmine was our tour guide….the absolute BEST! She was friendly, professional and made the entire trip fun and stress free. Everything was well organized. She was very informative about Old San Juan and gave us many fun facts. I recommend that you take socks and sunscreen for the rainforest. Two natural water slides there. Really cool! The beach is beautiful but does not have seating options so we had to sit on our towels. Overall I’ll give it 10/10. BOOK NOW - you won’t be disappointed! Hope this helps! Safe travels 🇵🇷

Tour With Transport Awesome!

Awesome tour! We went with a group of 4 ladies, and we had an excellent time. There are several other “Old San Juan Walking Tours” but this tour with TRANSPORT (hotel pick-up, transport to Old San Juan, and then drop-off back at the hotel) was worth paying the little higher price. Our guide (Michelle) was excellent, very well spoken and well versed in Puerto Rico’s history. The driver was very nice and friendly. Although there is transportation, the tour still requires walking through the beautiful streets of Old San Juan.

Best trip ever! Ask for Alexis!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Alexis was our guide and he gave us a spectacular small group tour. This is a must do in Puerto Rico. The falls and hike were amazing (bring water shoes!) we jumped off cliffs and swam through caves. Everyone was so nice. Alexis gave us a scenic ride back and we stopped at a delicious local bakery and got quesitos and flan, then we got authentic cafe con leche and limber. All around best excursion

Just go it’s worth it!

It was a GREAT DAY!! Here is my run down. Communication about pick up/location/what to bring (most via text after signing up) was clear and easy. The rainforest was THE BEST PART OF MY DAY. We went on a natural rock slide, cliff jumps (approx 20ft), and a rope swing. What I appreciated was that since they recommended you don’t bring your phone, they were taking photos and videos of everyone doing all the group activities and then added them into a shared album at the end of the day. It was so nice to disconnect and not have to worry about it. ALSO, our tour guides Bradley and Amartio WERE INCREDIBLE! They are both lifeguard certified and had so much great information to share. They cut us an incredible platter of fresh fruit which was awesome as well! They dropped us off at the cutest marina based restaurant for an early dinner (approx 430pm) and then we kayaking. The was difficult to see the bio bay coloring but that was not the kayaking company’s fault. The kayaking can get pretty intense in some areas with added difficulty that your kayaking in the dark on the way back. But it was still fun all the same. It’s a long day and we got back to Old San Juan via the transport at approx 10pm. However, we are here for a long weekend and it was the perfect way to do two things on our bucket list. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND AND GO!

Excellent time!!

This Puerto Rico tour of the natural waterslide and rainforest was absolutely amazing. Our guide, Seth, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. We were there alongside a few other tour groups, and I honestly felt lucky to be with ours. Seth had everything so well organized, and our tour felt more personal, relaxed, and fun from start to finish. He made the experience feel safe, exciting, and memorable. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. It was definitely one of the highlights of the trip!

Excellent Tour

Our tour guide Brian was excellent! Even before the tour he was communicating with you. This was a small group which was perfect! Brian made the time to give us all individual attention and made sure we were comfortable the entire time while climbing. He guided us through some difficult rocks step by step. We got there early and beat all of the crowds. All of the other groups were so big. I was so happy I chose this small group tour. Brian really cared about his job, about El Yunque and it showed. Then we went to the kiosks at Luquillo for lunch which was great!!! It was so much fun!

Nice beach outing...we saw a dolphin for 2 minutes!

It's a nice way to experience one of the beaches off the coast of Fajardo without worrying about food and drinks or logistics… The snorkeling was very basic, and we didn't get to see much since it was done right at the beach, but in general it was a great overall excursion. The captain and crew were very helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. We all enjoyed it!

I had a great experience

The experience was amazing! In my opinion it was very well organized. Ruben called me close to 11:50am that he was on his way and we were ready incase of early pick up! At the Zipline the workers were so nice and friendly and funny! Made sure my sisters and I were comfortable and it helped that we all spoke Spanish as it’s the language we are most comfortable. I recommend it and just make sure to have close toe shoes and a comfortable fit.
