You can get longer for the same price with other companies, I was 25 minutes late going up it literally flew around Christ the redeemer and back down , shop around you can get more for your money , also while we were waiting we were not updated or offered a bottle of water just sat wondering so i would not recommend unfortunately

The worse helicopter ride ever, they texted me 20 mins early as if I was late and I was 2 minutes away. They said nothing about starting early or late or anything. They decided to start 30 minutes late. During this time the front desk guy did not communicate to me and my friend nor the other person getting on the helicopter with us. No sorry, no ETA, nothing at all. Due to starting 30 minutes late clouds started to appear by Christ the redeemer so we were barely able to see it, during the scheduled start time it was clear skies! So pretty much wasted our money, ALSO no hello or anything from the pilot who was on his phone while flying at one point. Every worker had the head pieces to cover their ears including workers just walking towards the helicopter to lead us yet the customers were not given any, my ears were ringing the next 2 days. I can’t believe this was legal.

We regret what happened. Our service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 am, so there are no attempts to rush customers. They can arrive within our operating hours (9 am to 6 pm) whenever is most convenient for them.

If you can, book the longer tour! Overall it was beautiful we got a peek of the beach and Cristo Redentor was amazing from this view

This experience was our favourite in Rio. The views are breath taking and it was amazing to see everything from a helicopter. The staff at the centre were very friendly and informative, and the pilot was great, making sure to show us all angles for both sides of the helicopter. 10/10 would recommend!

I would give them zero, but … I’m being nice.
If you are traveling solo or a couple DO NOT BOOK your flight with them. I booked this activity because a brazilian girl in my flight told me to do this activity. Showed up at my scheduled time as so did another guy. We both wasted our morning thinking we were going to flight over, however, we were not able to do so because a 3rd person was missing. I understand the fuel and their requirements, the problem is that this site will let you book the tour even if you are only 1. Before you book confirm with them because they dont care about your time.
If you were wondering, They did refunded me and the other guy.

Absolutely fabulous trip. My friends and I were the first passengrs of the day, and it would have been useful had the ground team explained to us that the pilot needed to take the helicopter to the land pad on Sugar Loaf Mountain first, to fuel-up. Landing expexpectedly in that location and being instructed to dispembark left us very confused. That said, it did mean that our trip lasted a lot longer than expected. We were blessed with blue skies, and the views over the city and of Christ the Redeemer were nothing less than spectacular. I don't think the pilot had much english, but we were not given headsets - for a commentary of even to reduce the engine noise - but, in honesty, this didn't detract from the experience. Rio is such a beautiful city. If you vist, you must spash out and take a helicopter flight. You will not regret it!

This is an upgrade to the tour, giving you the opportunity to have another view of the City. As for the pilot, he pays close attention to the control tower at the airport, which is very close to our route, to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.

The day was perfect for a flight to Christ of the Redeemer. The staff in the office was very helpful and friendly. The facilities were very nice and had shady places to sit and watch the flights come and go. Our only regret is that we didn't book a longer flight/tour. This is a must-do experience when in Rio.

The most beautiful 8 minute tour I’ve ever taken. A clear day made it special. Everyone with Helisul were great Rayana and Clayton were so kind and welcoming. The pilot Matheus made me feel safe and gave all on board a spectacular view of Chris the Dedemer and all of Rio. I highly highly recommend taking the helicopter your with Helisul. It will take your breath away.

Great experience. Everything was easy: booking process, getting to the heliport, boarding, etc. Staff very friendly and the site views were outstanding. We made a quick stop at the Sugarloaf and the experience was very unique. We then overflew over the Corcovado Christ, there is no better way to enjoy that wonder!
I had the bad luck that I got the seat in the center of the back bench. In addition to that, the helicopter has a column in the center, right in front of the chair where I was. The views were very limited compared to what the other 03 passengers saw.

8 minutes intenses avec des paysages fabuleux vus d'en haut (Ipanema, Copacabana et le Pain de Sucre, et la Baie de Guanabara) et la gentillesse du pilote qui tente une percée entre les nuages avec la joie d'apercevoir le Christ Rédempteur sur le Corcovado. Ca vaut le coût !

Gracias por contactarnos y recibimos la siguiente información de nuestros vendedores en Heliponto da Lagoa:
Su vuelo estaba programado para las 10 am, pero como se requiere un mínimo de 3 pasajeros en los vuelos (y su reserva era para 2 pasajeros), el asistente anotó sus datos, informando que en cuanto tuviera la prueba se comunicaría con él. .
El viernes 18/02, sábado de Carnaval, el helipuerto estuvo muy ocupado, pero todos los que llegaron ya iban en 4 personas y no había forma de acomodarlos. (nuestro helicóptero tiene capacidad para piloto + 4 pasajeros).
Eran solo 2 pasajeros, pero su vuelo era diferente al tuyo y el Señor prefirió no pagar la diferencia y volar con ellos.
A las 16:00 llamó el Señor a Lagoa preguntando si ya había muelle para la ruta 2, que era de él, y lamentablemente no lo había.
Así que nuestro asistente, al final del día, como no había aparecido ningún inserto y para que el Señor no tuviera pérdida alguna, procedió a la cancelación total, enviándole la impresión al Señor.
