Curated service
This is the ONLY way to see Iguazu Falls, in my opinion. Eduardo was fantastic, start to finish. He arrived to pick us up right on time in a clean van with water. He loaded our bags into the van and they were safe there all day. He then proceeded to navigate us through both sides of the falls in one day. He zipped us through lines and helped us get good seats on the train to Devil’s Throat, which meant we were in the first group of the day to arrive there—amazing photos! All day he walked us around the various bridges to the falls, pointing out various birds and creatures along the way (we often gathered a crowd looking at what he was describing!) and providing historical perspective. We also zipped across the Argentina/Brazil border super smoothly because he took us through the “tour guide” portal. No delays at all. After we were finished he dropped us at our Brazil hotel. We were in the middle of a wind and thunderstorm and a huge palm tree had fallen across the entrance drive to our hotel! Eduardo brought our bags up to the entrance and the hotel valets gave us umbrellas for the walk up. 100% world class service, we highly recommend Eduardo and this curated service!

Fav Part of My Brazil Trip
This was an amazing tour. I'm extremely glad we decided to do this tour so we could see both sides of the falls. The views are completely different on each side. Without a tour, it is very easy to get lost. The guide was friendly and knew exactly where he was going. I would recommend this tour to everyone that goes to Brazil! 10 out 10! A+!

Highly recommend if you prefer some structure but also freedom.
Upon booking, I sent a message to confirm my pick-up location could be honored and received a response back within 24hrs confirming. I received a follow-up email requesting the full name, DOB, nationality, and passport# for each person be provided. You need to purchase the park admission from the Argentina park separately. The message also informed that "there is a tourist tax payable in cash. It costs AR$2.000 (You can use BRL 15 or USD 2 too) per person.". Fabio messaged the day before the pick-up to verify the time and greeted my group of 3 pleasantly. The amount of people on my tour was 11 total, although the van seats 12. He requested we provide him with our passport upon loading into the comfortable transport van and the driver (Moses) transported us as he (Fabio) provided information about the park and tour. Moses was an excellent driver and Fabio has great English. Crossing the border was a breeze, as Fabio took care of everything while we waited in the van with the entire tour group. In our group was a family of 4 with 2 children under the age of 10, a couple in their 30's, a couple in their 70's, and us in our 30s and 40s. The pace of the walking was too fast for the 70's, so they wanted to go on their own vs holding the group back as we worked to view the trails before the park gets very busy. Fabio provided them with instruction on where to meet back up for the train to Devil's Throat. We walked over 5 miles. Wear comfortable shoes (they will not get wet unless it's raining), wear sunscreen, wear bug spray, bring water or plan to buy some, and a small snack if you have blood sugar issues. We didn't stay in a group the entire time, which allowed us to explore each trail at our own pace and group back up at the end of each trail. At the end of all the trails, we were taken to a buffet restaurant where you pay per weight. It is indoors with A/C, has something for everyone, and has a bathroom. Upon loading up to leave the Argentina park, we were informed (for USD payment) that it has to be the exact amount (no change given) and that the money has to appear new and not old and used. This would have been good to know in advance, so that we didn't have to shuffle through our money in public. The van seats were clean and comfortable and the temperature in the van was excellent with the outside heat. To keep things fair, it appears that they drop-off people in the order in which they were picked up. We were the last picked-up and the last dropped-off. This also gave us the opportunity to see other areas of Foz from the van that we had not seen yet. Although a guide is not needed to view the falls on the Argentina side, the additional park/falls info and effortless transportation made this tour worth it. My group personally visited both Argentina and Brazil side and see the benefit in exploring both.

Great adventure with Nilsa
Everything was extemely well organized and communicated. We managed to do a lot during one day: covered both parks (in Argentiina and Brazil), took a boat ride, saw many animals and even admired sunset over the falls. Nilsa was very competent and patient guide. I can recommend her services for everybody!
