What an awesome experience!! It is well worth it. I highly recommend. It was my first time in a helicopter and had some butterflies beforehand but that went away as soon as we lifted. Wow! it was just beautiful. Our time was 20 mins and it was the perfect amount of time. The views are incredible and seeing Christ the Redeemer from above, is priceless! You’ve got to do it! Once in a lifetime experience, I will never regret.

This was my first time in a helicopter, and I can honestly say that the transition from start to beginning was smooth. It was an unbelievable experience to be able to see the city from up above was unreal. The company was very professional. The pilot was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the photographer was excellent. I have nothing bad to say other than I do recommend this.

The experience I encountered was profoundly disappointing. To begin with, the lack of communication was unacceptable. Given the remote location, any form of communication would have been immensely appreciated. Even after I sought assistance from Viator, I received no response. They informed me that a refund would only be possible if the company itself canceled the service. On the morning of the scheduled flight, I still had not received any confirmation regarding the time or any communication from the company. Viator later conveyed that they had contacted the company and were told that the starting time would depend on my arrival, with operating hours from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I was instructed to present my voucher upon arrival at the meeting point. Considering my drive took 1.5 hours, I arrived at 11:00 AM. Upon checking in, a tall gentleman with glasses informed me that my scheduled time was at 5:00 PM. My frustration was palpable, and I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of communication from his team and the effort I had made to reach the location. After making several calls to other companies and adjusting reservations, I was eventually added to a private couple reservations at 2pm. While the flight itself was satisfactory, the cloud cover significantly limited visibility of the landmarks. The duration of the flight was precisely 20 minutes and 22 seconds, and the pilot did not speak any English. Based on the lack of professionalism and communication, I cannot recommend this company; it is unacceptable to spend a considerable amount of money only to be disregarded and treated as if one’s financial investment is inconsequential.

The pilot's PRIORITY is to control the helicopter, talk to the control tower, ensure your safety and, whenever possible, we will talk about the points we are highlighting in English / Spanish or Portuguese. 4) ''The flight duration was precisely 20 minutes and 22 seconds'' Exactly, the tour you booked had this duration as written in your reservation and booked by you. 5) ''the cloud cover significantly limited the visibility of the tourist attractions'' We always make sure to warn you about the weather before takeoff and unfortunately we cannot control the weather. 6) We are located in the "Barra de Tijuca" neighborhood as described, the travel time may vary according to your location and the transportation you used to get to our location. First I called Viator since there's no option for actual schedule time . I asked the operator for the time and she said just show up there and they will accommodate you. When I arrived at the location. I still have to find the office . It was a maze. Then the guy said it's already late . Which is 4:30. And I have told the operator to schedule me for 5:30. The guy said I can transfer you to another company if they can accommodate you. There was none. Then he said if I pay extra ( another full payment of the ride ) he can accommodate me. So he basically lied when he said his pilot was gone and there was no helicopter. Then the actual ride was so quick. Your 15 minutes start right when you sit in the chopper. It's not worth it !
