Lifeguards are available to all passengers and are intended for emergency situations only. If the customer wishes to use a life jacket for recreational purposes during the tour, an additional fee will be charged.
The time indicated at the time of the Reservation is merely indicative. The day before the tour, we will contact via WhatsApp with the boarding details. If the boarding address is not provided, the final meeting point will be : Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape, 9.
Lunch will not be served before the boat ride as some people may feel uncomfortable due to the movement of the boat. It will be served between 14:30 and 15:30. We recommend taking snacks and water to consume on the bus during the journey.

The tours operate normally even in case of bad weather and are cancelled only in exceptional circumstances, when the Navy of Brazil does not authorize the departure of the boat.
NOTE: Do not dispose of any items in the toilet (including toilet paper).
The vessels do not operate when they are overloaded and are inspected by the Navy of Brazil. During the high season, we prioritize larger boats, always within the legal limits.
Transport Rio - Angra dos Reis – two options: Hotel shuttle (if available for your accommodation): If you choose hotel shuttle, you will be picked up directly at your accommodation, but you will need to participate in the boarding of the other passengers. The transfer will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. From the last meeting point, the journey to Angra dos Reis will take 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Final meeting point: If you prefer to avoid the hotel transfer, you can go directly to the final meeting point by selecting Socialtel Lapa - Rua Visconde de Maranguape 9 on your Reservation. From there, the journey to Angra dos Reis will take 2 hours and 45 minutes.

Blue lagoon - lots of fish

The water was a beautiful color and quite warm. The blue lagoon had a lot of fish swimming right around you. You were able to rent a snorkel and mask. A photographer could take your picture in the water with the fish. Although we chose an English tour we were the only English people. The guide tried to explain somethings for us but usually spoke in Portuguese.

Horrible experience

The tour is not designed for foreigners. It is not a touristic tour, it’s more like a party boat. We had huge traffic problems (of course not the tour operator’s fault) and the guide didn’t explain what was happening to anyone. When he described the tour, he never translated anything even though we booked a tour with an English speaker guide. It seems he did very little to make the passengers feel secure and comfortable. The four hours boat ride had very loud music. It looked like you were in a club more than a tour. The boat operator seem more worried about the amount of drinks to sell than the safety of the passengers. We left very late because the operator wanted to pack as many passengers as possible. We had more people than seats. Because of the late departure we continued the tour until it was dark. Nobody care that we couldn’t see anything, we just had to finish the 4 hours ride so we ended up in the ocean when it was totally dark. Pretty scary for lots of passengers who grabbed the emergency life vests when the sea was turning a little bit rough in the dark. I am a good swimmer and I was getting anxious. The whole activity was not enjoyable from a tourist point of view. If you like to drink and party maybe that’s for you but please don’t sell this tour like a tourist attraction.

Good evening, feedback is always important, and we thank you, but I'm going to clarify point by point. The journey to get to your destination is three hours, if there is traffic, it's not the fault of the tour operator, or if you have the solution for the traffic, we are ready to listen to you. You paid for a shared tour, we asked if you wanted a private tour, but you didn't want to spend more money, so you opted for a shared tour. It's not a Boat Party, but people, unlike you, enjoyed our tour that day, they were cheerful, with the right spirit to participate in a boat tour. Not as advertised

The places the tour visits are absolutely gorgeous, but the tour experience is completely different than advertised. Advertised: “maximum of 45 travelers” Reality: 120+ on a super-crowded boat (some had to stand the whole time) Advertised: English-speaking tour guide Reality: Very broken English as an afterthought - for example, 20+ minutes talking to the Span./Port. crowd versus 5 minutes with the English-speaking guests Advertised: Described as a serene, beautiful experience Reality: Cattle-car booze cruise, pure and simple - island stops were shorter than advertised (felt like they just tried to get us back on the boat) Additional note - the “included” lunch is awful. Bottom line, the area is gorgeous, but unless you want a booze cruise, you may want to consider a private tour.

Feedback from our customers is always welcome if constructive. your feedback is given by the fact that from the beginning of the tour you started having problems, ask for a phantom refund, for no reason. There weren't 120 people, this is a lie we have the complete passenger list. The people who stood by it is because instead of complaining, as you did, throughout the trip, they chose to have fun and spend hours in harmony, enjoying the tour and the scenery. Next time I recommend you to spend more and book a private tour, where it will be just you on the tour, without other person who enjoyed the tour and had a great time. Mala experiencia, demóranos como 1 hora y media en Río parando en todos los hoteles, cuando llegamos a Anga do Reís y embarcamos tuvimos que esperar como 1 hora a que llegara un grupo, el baño del barco tenía el piso lleno de orina, almorzamos súper tarde a las 5 pm, a la vuelta se averió un barco y tuvimos que llevarlo de una cuerda, pasamos frío, camino en el bus de vuelta a Río el bus se averió y estuvimos un buen rato parados.. llegamos súper tarde a Río, acortando los planes que teníamos para ese día…
