This was the worst tour I...

This was the worst tour I have EVER been on. It is 12am and we are still on the bus back to Rio. I would rate it a 0, but that is not an option so I give it a 1. I am about to crashout and honestly you could not pay me to ever do something like this again. Wasted a whole day. The tour guide did try her best and I think she should go find a new job. This company is awful. Also no one spoke English and by the end of the day they only made announcements in Spanish. Also they led us into the lightning storm in the pitch black when everyone begged to go back to the port at 9pm. I’m super annoyed.

First if all they canceled our tour and didn't notify us about it. I reached out on WhatsApp and found out when they were late for pick up from the hotel. They offered another tour to Buzios, we agreed because we didn't have anything else scheduled. Absolutely uneventful trip. The time on the bus absolutely was not worth the trip. This trip was supposed to include a boat ride but they just canceled it and didn't offer anything instead. We had booked multiple tours with thus operator and we canceled our last tour because of this poorly managed trip. All we basically did 5 hour drive to Buzios (including pick up time ), lunch , 2 hour walk around city center and a trolley ride around several beaches. Then another 4 hour ride back to a hotel. Guide didn't speak English very well. So no, I do not recommend this tour.

Long day with not much to do

This is a long day. I got picked up at 7:30am and didn’t arrive back to my hotel until 10pm. You spend about 5 hours round trip driving to the location. Then when you get on the boat you are on it for about 5 hours. While on the boat you are with 200 other people. They let you off the boat at 4 locations, but by the time you get off you might have 20 minutes in the water because you have to wait for everyone to get off and back on the boat (you have about 30 minutes-45 minutes at each location). Lunch isn’t until 5 and it’s not great. The tour guide barely spoke English, but she tried her best and made sure that I was aware of what was going on. I’m pretty sure I was the only one on the entire boat who spoke English.

Que son poco serios. Nos vendieron el tour y no nos pasaron a buscar por falta de 'cupos'. Sin ninguna explicación y más encima tengo que yo hacer toda la gestión para que me devuelvan el dinero

Experiência péssima , não recomendo a ninguém ! Começámos o dia com uma recolha às 7h para só chegarmos a Angra dos Reis ao 12h tivemos cerca de 3h a recolher pessoas , informação que quando confrontamos a guia de seu nome Sandra ela disse que era assim, no entanto, em momento nenhum da reserva somos informados disso . Depois chegamos a Angra e na primeira paragem nem 10 min tivemos por causa da corrente do mar , no entanto foi nos dito que ficaríamos mais tempo na próxima paragem , o mesmo não aconteceu. Dizem que temos buffet livre , no entanto posso dizer que não existe buffet nenhum existem apenas dois pratos que sinceramente não se servem a ninguém , comida além de mal confeccionada estava cheia de bichos e não existe qualquer preocupação por parte da organização. Acabamos a passar mais tempo num autocarro do que no passeio que pagamos , falam de 14h de duração mas a verdade é que de passeio são apenas 5h onde temos 4 paragens de nem 30min . O almoço é apenas servido na última paragem já perto das 17h relembrando que saímos às 7h de Copacabana . Realmente serviço deprimente , excursão que não vale nem de perto o valor que demos por ela e que ainda fomos contemplamos com uma guia chamada Sandra , altamente mal educada , sem preocupação com os clientes e que se recusou depois de vários pedidos por parte de diversas pessoas a responder às nossas perguntas. Se querem uma experiência por Angra onde conseguem aproveitar e desfrutar por favor NÃO marquem aqui.

Se olvidaron por completo de mi reserva, estuve 3 horas esperando a que me recogan en el punto de encuentro, luego de ese tiempo recien vinieron por mi, espero esta situación no ocurriera con demas pasajeros

Tour innecesariamente largo

La guía no fue muy buena y el tour era desorganizado e innecesariamente largo, el almuerzo recién fue a las 18.00 y llegamos de vuelta casi a medianoche (partimos a las 8 de la mañana). A pesar de que no recomendaría tomar el tour con la misma guía, si recomendaría la agencia Pepe Rio Tours, puesto que tome otros 2 tours con ellos y estos si fueron buenos y organizados, y las guías si dieron una serie de datos históricos en español (el primer tour también era en español y la guía solo habló en portugués), por lo que a la agencia le doy un 5/5.

Schlechte Organisation. Nach Geldeingang kein Service und man muss sich um alles selber kümmern. Wir haben unsere Adresse, die etwas westlicher von der Innenstadt als Abholort angegeben, diese wurde vom Veranstalter auch nicht korrigiert, auch auf die emails wurde nicht geantwortet. Bis wir dann über WhatsApp kontaktierten, bekamen wir endlich eine Antwort und es wurde uns der am weit entfernteste Abholort von der Unterkunft mitgeteilt. Eine Alternative wurde nicht angeboten. Kostenlose Stornierung war dann auch nicht mehr möglich.
