    We had a wonderful time on our trip to Angra dos Reis. The bus had air condition and picked us up at our hotel and the boat trip was beyond beautiful. The buffet was simplistic but adequate and the only downside was how long it took getting there by bus. But nonetheless a fantastic experience. I recommend choosing a day with clear skies for the optimal experience

    Mass tourism at its best.. instead of trying to protect the area, there are 4 boats in one spot, each of them having 70 or more passengers on board and almost all going swimming and snorkeling at the same time. Really hope this will be restricted in the near future and if not, less and less fish will be there to see! Nevertheless, the tour itself was good, enough opportunities to swim, good guide and great atmosphere on the boat. Food at the buffet was ok.

    I found this trip to be unfortunately too long to enjoy very little of the islands. It was just travelling 3 hours there and 3 hours back on a bus. To then get on a boat and do nothing than jump frpm island to island rushing all the time. There was no time to bathed in the sun or swim in the ocean. As soon as you settled they were moving somewhere else. The walk on the forest was too fast and the guides just left without even waiting for the group. The picture package seem great but the pictures were not great quality, maybe the photographer should take an actual photography course so that it’s worth paying for the pictures. Do not recommend to stray so far from Copacabana for this at all.

    The tour was great, but our guide really didn’t engage with us. We were the only English speaking people and didn’t get any real direction until we asked the other tour guide what we were allowed to do. While snorkeling, our guide was sleeping downstairs on the boat and when we were driving there his microphone was muffled. We had to ask multiple times what was being said. The bar Luis staff was amazing, food was great, and the tour itself was perfect!

    Disastrous organization from start to finish. The Jhonf guide was supposed to speak English... except that he obviously does not even know “hello”. Result: excursion done entirely in Portuguese/Spanish, so if you don't speak fluently, you're just there to decorate. 30 minutes late, no info the day before, no WhatsApp contact as in serious excursions. We discover on site that we will eat at 4:30 pm... then buffet in fair mode: endless queue, atmosphere total chaos, no explanation on what is included or not. The concept is simple: make you pay absolutely everything. Paid photos, paid mask... and even the lifejacket is paid (yes yes). Obviously, everything is announced once on the boat, when you are already stuck. The boat? A real floating cattle farm: climb first if you want to hope for a seat. And finally, 6 hours of buses announced... 8 hours for us, in a bus worthy of a vestige of East Germany. The site is beautiful, but the organization is a tourist catcher machine. Run away.

    Si bien el lugar es bonito, sobrevenden los tour por lo que hay más de 10 barcos con más de 100 personas al mismo tiempo en el mismo lugar. Además, la empresa City Rio Turismo ofrece un muy mal servicio. En la mañana, si no les hablo, no se dan por enterados que tenía una reserva. La guía Michelle si bien tradujo durante el viaje, en todo el tour por el barco, jamás habló en español sobre las características del lugar. Luego, al bajarnos del barco, nos dejó tirados sin saber donde ir. Además, fuimos los primeros a quienes nos pasaron a buscar y los últimos en llegar a nuestro hotel. Deberían planificar de mejor manera el recorrido para comenzar esos tiempos. Pésimo servicio.

    Hola, Arraial do Cabo es realmente hermoso y tiene poca infraestructura, quizás debido a la cantidad de personas que cada vez están más interesadas en conocer esta región. Lamentamos no haber podido cumplir con sus expectativas, cuidamos muy bien a nuestros clientes. En el viaje en barco, la tripulación y el guía siempre hablan y explican en todos los idiomas. En cuanto a la logística de embarque y desembarque, siempre trabajamos con autos de apoyo para facilitar la logística, sin embargo al ser un tour compartido con otras personas y haber mucho que poner al día, a veces demora un poco más. Por último, cuando regreses a Río, no olvides buscarnos, estaremos muy contentos de deshacer la mala impresión.
