The experience and communication from start to finish was perfect. They emailed me a week before coordinating days we would be available as options to find the optimal night to see the Northern Lights. Isabella arrived promptly at our hotel, and was so courteous and professional. She took amazing photographs so we had family photos of the experience too! I highly recommend booking with Icelandic Roamers over the others for a more customized experience without having to worry about timing of getting back to the hotel at a certain time. Isabel made sure we were happy with our experience the entire time. Oh…and they provided us with THE BEST hot chocolate!

Icelandic Roamers was our favorite part of our wedding anniversary trip to Iceland. Recognizing that the aurora forecast was poor for the date we had originally booked, they accommodated a more favorable date. Our guide, Izabela, was amazing. She picked us up right in our hotel lobby right on time. She was professional, personable, and knowledgeable about Iceland and northern lights. She took us to several locations to get away from the clouds and, boy, fix we ever find the perfect place. We may never have this opportunity again, but we will have this memory forever. We debated on spending the money for a private tour but it was well worth it. Highly recommended!
