The Golden Circle Tour

This 200 km day trip out of Reykjavik was very good. Our driver/guide picked us up at our hotel. He was on time and courteous. We walked around the rim of Kerid crater, got to see geysers including the original Geyser, had lunch at a lovely tomato farm and saw beautiful Gullfoss.

George was hilarious

We had a driver named George he was absolutely hilarious, easy drive and walk to each site. Was a perfect day and he had a lot of knowledge. We laughed many times and saw all the attractions and then some. Highly recommended!

Golden Day

Our group of 4 ; 2 couples ; booked a private Golden Circle Tour with Misha Iceland. We were picked up and dropped off at our cruise ship. Vladlena was our guide and she was the best. She was energetic, fun and interesting and she took care of all our needs and wishes and concerns. We were never rushed and Vladlena was always with us and she took many great pictures of us. Vladlena showed us many extra things a large group would not have done. Memorable parts were Kerid Crater Lake, Thingvellir National Park and Strokkur geyser. Also a special ice cream stop at Efstodolar ; a farm in the countryside that made its own ice cream. To end our tour, Vladlena walked us through part of Rykjavik because we had asked to see the Hard Rock Cafe and Harpa Concert Hall on our drive back to our ship. The whole day was memorable thanks to Vladlena; a terrific guide.

Amazing waterfalls, spectacular show of geisers, very sweet horses, lovely pictures from volcano and the power of Earth on that tectonics places were impressive. It is better to choose a private tour, as we had, because the time is better managed. And a special remarque and congratulations for our driver and guide Bogdan, being very professional, empathetic, efficient, funny and very well prepared with all the informations we needed. It was great experience for us. The weather was not good but our supper guide drove the car in safe. I highly recommend to join. It is hard to wait a long time at bus stop but this tour is private so you don’t have to wait

Leider nur die schnelle Rückbuchung. In Viatour war jeder Tag noch zur Verfügung…spät abends gebucht und am nächsten Tag bis 10 Minuten vor Beginn nichts gehört. Angerufen und da wurde mir mitgeteilt er habe nicht geschaut aber er habe keine Zeit, auch am nächsten Tag nicht. Ich solle stornieren. Nach meiner Mitteilung dass ich dies kann übernahm Misha dies. Änderte nix daran, dass mein Tag futsch war. Zumal in Viatour auch der nächste Tag und der übernächste als Buchungsmöglichkeiten drin standen. Ich kann diese Tour nicht empfehlen, es war sehr ärgerlich.
