Warm layers, waterproof top layer, headwear, gloves, scarves and hiking shoes, camera, swimsuit and a towel. Strong hiking boots are essential for glacier hiking, we provide ice crampons for this activity, it is not possible to fit these to any other kind of footwear.

The admission to Myvatn Nature Baths and the lava caving tour at Vatnshellir Cave are not included in the tour price but can be added as an extra by contacting the operator after booking.

Saw the northern lights 3 times in 6 days, this is subject to weather conditions, I got very lucky, this tour allows you to see most of Iceland, check the tour guides before you book to make sure you are interested in all the areas mentioned. Additionally, make sure you get all the proper information from the tour before you book. I had Vignir Jonsson as a tour guide, he's a highly experienced local, a great driver and knows all the myths and history around Iceland.

Very beautiful country...

Very beautiful country and lot of memorable sights. The first 2 days were packed- a lot to see in a short time. Most sights were unique. However, the number of waterfalls we visited was too many. Maybe include 3 only- the one in golden triangle, tallest and widest. Our guide was very helpful, friendly, patient, polite and kind.

The trip was great and the scenery was fantastic. The hotels selection was good except for the 2nd day stop. The mini bus was clean with WiFi and charging slots.

I was very impressed by the trip! It was so well-organized and offered a tremendous amount of sight seeing and value. Our tour guide Gunnar, from Arctic Adventures, was a saint, very knowledgeable and great at his job. I would say that if I did it again I would've opted for one less day for the Arctic Adventures 7 day tour. Essentially not doing the 1 day add on that was at the end. It was for the Snæfellsnes Peninsula portion. The previous tour days were just so exceptional in terms of visuals and experience in comparison to that day. I would've also skipped the additional day I had in Reykjavik, as the nature in Iceland is really where the experience is at. The city itself is so-so. Then again I didn't go see the recommended Penis Museum.

This is a 6+1 day tour. On the 6th day, the bus dropped us off at Hotel Borganese at about 2pm, and we spent the night there. There is basically nothing much to do in the small town before we set off for the 1 day tour the next morning. That day was pretty much wasted.
