Rossana was our guide and she was such a joy to be with for 2 hours! She was knowledgable, fun, kind and super passionate! We left the tour wishing we could just go hang out at a bar with her. You just felt like you’d known her your whole life! Tour was easy go find, great pace and value for money. Great communication prior as well via text.

We had a wonderful day at Pompeii. Our guide Mena was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to easily navigate around the crowds and showed us a ton of stuff. She kept the kids engaged through the tour - had a great time and learned so much. I can't imagine doing Pompeii without a guide.

The tour with Mimma was wonderful and informative. We learned a lot and were given recommendations at the end of the tour of where we should take our day. We did have to pay entrance into the park itself (around 20 euro per person more). It seems like something has changed in recent years that made it so that admission is not included in the cost of the tour. When booking it mentions this, but the emails and texts leading up to it can be misleading. Overall a wonderful experience that showed us the important parts of the city without all the crowds.

We loved our private tour of Pompeii! Our guide, Vito, is an archeologist and therefore had such fascinating history to share about the area - including how people lived back then which is the most interesting to me (some things haven’t changed as much as we think!) He also knew where to take us to maximize our time & avoid the biggest crowds. I highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful tour of Pompeii with our guide Rossella. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and great with our teen! The tour gave us a perfect orientation to the park and knowledge of the history and sites. Then we wandered further and had a perfect day exploring!

Ivan was knowledgeable and interesting. We learned so much doing this private tour. My sister has a broken foot so we took it slow, avoided big crowds, found d places to sit and rest while he explained things. We were grateful for his knowledge and expertise.

Antonella was our guide and she is great. So knowledgeable of Pompeii and the surrounding areas. Seeing Pompeii with an individual tour is a great way to go. Was able to ask questions and I love how she makes you think like an archeologist.

Even though some things about life in Pompei is conjecture, Paolo made the experience and life in their time very understandable. My only regret was we only had 2 hr tour and then another 1 hr on our own which was not enough time as the site is so enormous. Probably would suggest a minimum of 4hrs.

We were worried that the rain would interfere with our tour but it did not impact it in the least. In fact, the weather actually added to our sense of the place. Our guide was upbeat, extremely knowledgable, professional and personable. While a private tour was pricey for 2 people it was totally worth it focused on the history, events and areas that were most interesting to us. We learned an amazing amount and had fun!

Our tour guide Julia was fabulous! She was a plethora of knowledge and so passionate about history! We appreciated hearing about the strong successful business women from the Roman era. Julia was able to not only answer our questions, in addition she made it such a fun experience with her modern day analogies.
Honestly my best friend and I love historical structures. We felt so blessed to have experienced the beauty of Pompei. We especially appreciated the original font, paintings and beautiful marble on the buildings. It was incredible to be able to see the views that the Roman's did many years ago, especiallyof Mount Vesuvius. Throughout our whole tour we felt like we were walking back in time. Thank you, Julia for a job well done, we hope we get to tour with you again!
