This museum was amazing very beautiful very different from our contemporary ones that we see today. The use of an old train station was amazing.

This is only a ticket to Musee d’ Orsay. We booked because it was sold out. Great museum and loved the Sargent exhibit!

Lovely museum, tickets didn’t load. Had to navigate getting tickets with the barcode and reach out while in line, and had to wait in another line because we didn’t have the correct tickets. It was new Years Day, so no one answered the phone # we were directed to call. Thankfully someone responded (rather quickly) via the chat message. But still, not as seamless as I’d have hoped. Recommend booking directly thru the Museum site, instead.

We had not booked tickets until advance and when we checked on the day we wanted to visit the Musee d’Orsay, tickets were sold out for the whole week ahead. This Viator option carries a premium, but worth it if you left things to the last minute and want a time slot ticket.

You should deal with the museum directly. These tickets have a significant markup and they say they come with an audio guide but they do not. You are on your own. The museum told us there is nothing they can do as these guys buy tickets and then mark them up 100%.

This is a beautiful, modern art museum! Our four grandchildren, ages 7-14 enjoyed seeing the Impressionist artists’ work on canvas and sculptures.

Musee d’Orsay was one of the best museum experiences we have had. A wonderful building beautifully displaying beautiful art. The architecture of the building is something to visit and see. And what a treat to experience the very well curated John Singer Sargent exhibit - brilliant!

This was NOT worth it. It is half the price to just buy the ticket at Admissions and the audio guide in the museum. There was no line! No value add here by buying through Viator.

Crowded and hot - 5 flights of stairs with no elevator

In June 2025, the museum was crowded and hot. People were literally elbow to elbow. Impressionist's works are on the 5th floor, and there are no elevators. Escalators only go down. I've seen better traveling displays for Monet and van Gogh in the USA.

Easy to find entrance, attendant assisted us with downloading tickets. We went straight to the 5th floor to see the impressionist pieces. We lasted close to three hours and then kids need a break from art. So happy we we visited this museum.
