Beautiful and impressive gardens with display of art!. I would recommend including an audio package as an option.
We are visiting and were referred to take our engagement photos there. While I understand that there’s restrictions on photography when it comes to inside the museum, the security guard was extremely disrespectful and ruined our engagement photos. This was my fiancés first time experience Paris and was supposed to be relaxing, the security guard was rude, yelling at us. After taking the photos in the garden , my fiancé and I went back into tour the artwork. There were several photographers with digital cameras taking photos and that same security guard who yelled at us didn’t event bat an eye at others. The security guard did not need to be disrespectful while we were enjoying a happy moment.
If you secure entry from a third party such as Viator be sure you get a separate ticket for the audio guide. We ended up paying for the audio guide twice because we only had one voucher. We recommend the audio guide as it takes you through the artist's life and works which gives the exhibit rooms and garden meaning. The collection is extensive and even includes a room of rare pieces by Camille Claudel. The museum although not air conditioned is still worth a visit for the glimpse of understanding of Rodan, of the infancy of the art form the biasis from the acceptable to the controversial.
I had read online that the lines could be long and it was best to skip the line. That didn’t end up being necessary as the line to purchase tickets was only 2 people on a Friday in August at 11:00 am. But with that being said having that ticket helped me relax about worrying about the line.
And as far as the museum, we thought it was great. Would definitely recommend.
It was worthwhile to visit. Beautiful sculptures and gardens. If you are in Paris definitely a must do!! My friend from USA recommended it and glad my family and I did it!
Make sure to check all exhibits are open and its not under construction. All of the top floor (first floor) was closed due to the heatwave and half the garden is under construction so they put some of the statues in one tiny area. Unfortunate we only saw half the museum but made the most of it.
Fantastic collection, cuuration and background information.
Welll planned and maintained garden setting.
Getting the tickets was easy and we skipped the line to get into the museum. It could not have been an easier process.
The Artist is obviously exceptionally talented and we are collectively fortunate to be able to view his work. As for the experience, the day we visited the area temps were in the high 80’s to 90 degrees (f) and the museum is not climate controlled. It was exceptionally hot and humid forcing us to leave earlier than planned. These valuable works of art deserve a better repository and should be treated equal to other galleries.
Very accessible, mid size museum with lots of historic gems. Inside was quite warm and had an unpleasant smell.
You are a front for the official site at the Rodin. I purchased my tickets and put them in my wallet. Got to the museum and was told that what I had was a voucher. NOT TICKETS.
I would not use your service again if my hair was on fire and you had the only fire extinguisher.

Dear Jim,
First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. We completely understand how stressful it can be to encounter any uncertainty at the entrance of a museum, and we are truly sorry for the worry this caused you.
After carefully reviewing your file, we were unable to find any trace of an email, call, or message from you at the time of your visit. Please know this is in no way a reproach — we simply want to be transparent about what our records show.
We also understand the source of the confusion. You initially downloaded the voucher, which is not the entry ticket itself. While we do clearly indicate that the voucher is not a ticket, we fully recognize that this distinction can be confusing in the moment, and we genuinely empathize with that.
That said, our records also show that you subsequently downloaded the correct ticket on the day of your visit at 12:50 PM, and that you were able to complete your visit to the museum. For this reason, we are unsure what the underlying issue is, and we would sincerely like to understand it better so we can offer you a meaningful response or solution.
Please know that our team is always available to provide immediate assistance via WhatsApp at +33 7 69 46 62 97, or by email at contact@parisodyssey.com. We are more than happy to clarify anything, in real time, so that any future visit goes perfectly smoothly.
Thank you for your understanding, and we remain fully at your disposal.
Warm regards,
The Paris Odyssey Team
Interesting walk through Rodin’s life as the founder of modern sculpture. This former hotel became his home and is surrounded by rose gardens and his sculptures. Nice experience and easily through in 90 minutes.
I was surprised statues were in such a beautiful garden. And, I didn’t expect to enjoy this so much.
Amazing sculptures throughout the gorgeous back gardens. I loved seeing the process used before completing the final sculptures.
Beautiful museum and grounds. Very informative. We had no idea Rodin was a painter and that he worked in so many media.
Beautiful easy to use ticket great garden and restaurant inside price was great and so was the food, recommend highly
I couldn't get my voucher so had to buy a ticket there but Viator offered me a refund. It was stressful. The museum itself was wonderful... nice outdoor and indoor exhibits.
Ticket not needed since no line mid-day during the week.

Our tickets didn’t work. We had to buy museum tickets on site after spending $41 tickets through Viator. The museum was wonderful. Unfortunately , we paid twice!
This service is awful. It’s a corrupt scheme of confusion.
I would not recommend this to anyone and please do not use.
We enjoyed the museum especially the garden. It was a nice quiet stroll looking at sculptures and enjoying the weather. I could have skipped the interior all together.
We three seniors needed extra help with stairs and such. Staff members were very kind and accommodating.
When the official website is not working use this. They send you a confirmation and then the day before they send you the tickets
They don’t exchange the tickets at the museum; we had to buy a separate ticket. Over all we paid double the price

Dear Carlos,
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience you experienced.
After verification, we can confirm that your tickets were properly sent. However, we understand that confusion can occur, and we take full responsibility for this situation.
If you had to purchase new tickets at the museum, please contact us by email and share your booking details.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies.
Warm regards,
Paris Odyssey Team
If you arrive early, there’s no need to buy a ‘skip the line’ ticket. There was hardly anyone there! The garden - with sculptures - is the best part of the museum. Beautiful!
This a voucher for a ticket, not the ticket. I purchased but did not receive the correct document for a ticket by the time we got to the museum 2 hours later. Could not cancel because it was less than 24 hours . Be sure you are buying a real ticket!

Good evening Rachel,
Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that you experienced an issue at the museum entrance.
We’d like to clarify a few important points: the tickets were indeed sent to you, as we do for all our customers. However, it seems that you presented the voucher, which is never accepted at the museum entrance. Viator can also confirm that the tickets were sent — here is their number if you wish to verify this directly: Viator France +33 1 73 43 16 25.
We understand that the voucher can be confusing since it includes a barcode. This is precisely why we always send a message to visitors informing them not to use the voucher at the entrance. We also let them know that in case of any difficulty receiving the ticket, we are available at all times to resend it.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced and thank you for your feedback — it helps us improve the quality of our service.
Could not use ticket. Had to buy again.Guide was very nice trying to access the tickets. Said this happen often
It is a lovely small venue which exhalts his work; go early to avoid the crowd and enjoy the gardens as well
Stunning museum , we took our time, the exhibition was amazing. The curation was excellent. Staff were helpful and very welcoming
Viator delivered tickets on time and Rodin was good and not crowded. Garden could have better signage
