I couldn't get my voucher so had to buy a ticket there but Viator offered me a refund. It was stressful. The museum itself was wonderful... nice outdoor and indoor exhibits.

Our tickets didn’t work. We had to buy museum tickets on site after spending $41 tickets through Viator. The museum was wonderful. Unfortunately , we paid twice!

This service is awful. It’s a corrupt scheme of confusion.

We enjoyed the museum especially the garden. It was a nice quiet stroll looking at sculptures and enjoying the weather. I could have skipped the interior all together.

If you arrive early, there’s no need to buy a ‘skip the line’ ticket. There was hardly anyone there! The garden - with sculptures - is the best part of the museum. Beautiful!

This a voucher for a ticket, not the ticket. I purchased but did not receive the correct document for a ticket by the time we got to the museum 2 hours later. Could not cancel because it was less than 24 hours . Be sure you are buying a real ticket!

However, it seems that you presented the voucher, which is never accepted at the museum entrance. Viator can also confirm that the tickets were sent — here is their number if you wish to verify this directly: Viator France +33 1 73 43 16 25.
We understand that the voucher can be confusing since it includes a barcode. This is precisely why we always send a message to visitors informing them not to use the voucher at the entrance. We also let them know that in case of any difficulty receiving the ticket, we are available at all times to resend it.

Beautiful setting, well chosen pieces (it’s not the 4 seasons as advertised, but many different adagios, and only a couple from Vivaldi). The chairs could be more comfortable and it was very warm inside, even at 9pm. Would recommend, worth the price.

Stay away from paris odyssée.
They sent me a link to tickets that djdnt work and i had to buy tickets and thry refused to refund me.

Fabulous artist. Fabulous museum. Had a little trouble getting the ticket in the app. Could be clearer as to how to access it. It confused the museum as well.
