Out of all our bookings that we’ve booked through Viator this was the only one while in Paris that did not reach out to us prior. We were a few minutes late did not get to join our group. Every other tour operator reached out to us and gave us times to meet aside from the Viator site this tour operator did not so beware. I would not recommend this particular tour for that reason alone.

Our private tour of Notre Dame Cathedral totally bypassed the hour-long line to enter the cathedral – great on a 100-degree day. Our Guide Diana was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the various contents and history of the Cathedral. She used her IPAD effectively to show what things looked like before the fire, what the interior looked like immediately after the fire for comparison to present day. It is a miracle that the stained glass survived only for Macron to replace some of it as a part of the post fire rebuild. Things that were at either end of the cathedral were undamaged. Most of the damage to contents was where the flaming roof collapsed in the center section. She also explained all of the statues and symbols on the façade of the building. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a great experience. I highly recommend a tour guide. Dianna was very sweet and knowledgeable. Our group was small. There was a mass while we were inside. Extra treat to hear the organ music and t huge priest. Notre Dame was crowded.

We didn’t locate our guide until 20 minutes after tour was to begin. We were at the chalamagne statue at 8:55. He has no sign or showing credentials. Another guide offered to help and contacted your co. It was only then that we connected. He said he was calling me but don’t have an international cell plan. It was NOT stated that this was a requirement! He should have has a sign like all the other guides. Also his English was quite poor and difficult to understand.

Our experience was terrible! Our tour guide never showed up. Never heard a word from Viator. There were several of us waiting and waiting. We are very disappointed and angry. We travelled from USA with our main goal was to visit the interior of Notre Dame. We spoke with someone from Viator but have yet to hear back. A terrible experience!!

Tour guide Monty was very knowledgeable and I very much appreciated the personal attention he gave. I would give him a 4/5 but I am rating all of the aspects of the tour. The tour timing was delayed by 30 minutes about one hour prior which caused me to have a disconnect with the subsequent tour guide.

Do not book this tour. I have photographic/timestamped evidence I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as stated, they left without me regardless and would not work with me at all. The worst. Not to mention you can enter for free. Absolute scam.

We’ve toured Notre-Dame Cathedral several times over the years, but this was our first visit back since the fire—and it was truly special.
Our guide, Saeed, made this the most memorable experience we’ve had. His depth of knowledge about the cathedral, its history, and the religious significance was impressive, and his enthusiasm brought everything to life in a meaningful way.
It was an incredibly enjoyable and insightful tour. We would highly recommend Saeed to anyone visiting Notre-Dame.

This skip the line tour started on the exterior of Notre Dame with a general overview of it's history. Our guide Monty recalled his personal experience of when the fire happened and went on to share his passion for history and art throughout our visit. Many details were shared which are easily missed without a guide. Monty was very personable, patient, and kind and made our tour of Notre Dame a highlight of our visit to Paris!

Pierre made the tour of the Notre Dame so special. He took us around the cathedral explaining the history of how it came to be and the attempts to change it. He spent time detailing different aspects of the statures and frescos. He was wonderful and made our trip incredibly memorable.

Monty provided an excellent tour. We visited various aspects of the cathedral from the outside, and then he led us right inside. He was full of stories and insights to both the history of the Cathedral and the reconstruction. He was very effective at pacing us through the entire site. I have found pacing to be a critical agreement ingredient to a really good tour. Monty is very knowledgeable about the history of the city of Paris as well as Notre Dame. I would highly recommend this tour.

Being herded the entire time from start till finish. One would be better off renting headphones inside. Tour groups do get in faster, because they reserve. The staff were young and enthusiast.

We have booked a tour for Notre Dame. This was paid and confirmed. On the way to Notre Dame we got a phone call telling us the tour will not take place. We requested the refund from our side but still not received !!!

One of the Tour guide arrived 30 minutes late, we had bought a skip the line benefit and it was not reserved/available, and tour guide Diana, while very friendly and kind, did not have the knowledge we expected. She did not know how to explain the exterior and some of the information given was wrong. We have used Viator tours many times and this time the experience was absolutely not desirable.

Diana was pleasant but this tour was not informative. There should not be a charge for the amount of information we received. We would have done better on our own. We realized this and went back in on our own for a better experience of the very majestic Notre Dame. However, we haven’t any Information on the history there. Again this was not informative and Diana very sweet but unfortunately difficult to understand.
We won’t advise this tour to anyone. A true disappointment.

This tour is an external tour of ND. Our tour was first of the day and I began to wonder why I spent the extra money to jump the line, when there wasn’t one. However I found our guide’s discussion about the cathedral to be well worth it.
