Monty provided an excellent tour. We visited various aspects of the cathedral from the outside, and then he led us right inside. He was full of stories and insights to both the history of the Cathedral and the reconstruction. He was very effective at pacing us through the entire site. I have found pacing to be a critical agreement ingredient to a really good tour. Monty is very knowledgeable about the history of the city of Paris as well as Notre Dame. I would highly recommend this tour.

Being herded the entire time from start till finish. One would be better off renting headphones inside. Tour groups do get in faster, because they reserve. The staff were young and enthusiast.

We have booked a tour for Notre Dame. This was paid and confirmed. On the way to Notre Dame we got a phone call telling us the tour will not take place. We requested the refund from our side but still not received !!!

One of the Tour guide arrived 30 minutes late, we had bought a skip the line benefit and it was not reserved/available, and tour guide Diana, while very friendly and kind, did not have the knowledge we expected. She did not know how to explain the exterior and some of the information given was wrong. We have used Viator tours many times and this time the experience was absolutely not desirable.

Diana was pleasant but this tour was not informative. There should not be a charge for the amount of information we received. We would have done better on our own. We realized this and went back in on our own for a better experience of the very majestic Notre Dame. However, we haven’t any Information on the history there. Again this was not informative and Diana very sweet but unfortunately difficult to understand.
We won’t advise this tour to anyone. A true disappointment.

This tour is an external tour of ND. Our tour was first of the day and I began to wonder why I spent the extra money to jump the line, when there wasn’t one. However I found our guide’s discussion about the cathedral to be well worth it.

We had an amazing tour of Notre Dame yesterday with an amazing tour guide, Diana. She took time to answer all of my questions. She showed us pictures on an iPad images immediately after the fire. This allows us to truly appreciate and understand God’s miracle of sparing the most holy parts of the church. It was a great experience to attend mass while there and hear the massive bells ringing. We appreciate how Diana knew many of the security guards and usher’s inside the church, this gave us a good feeling of safety and security while touring it.
We highly recommend Diana as an outstanding tour guide for English speakers. Thank you Diana so much. We really respect and appreciate you!!

This was a wonderful tour of Notre Dame. Our tour guide, Romane, was lovely. She was knowledgeable, confident and checked with us to be sure we understood or had questions. She made the entire tour pleasurable. We are so glad we took this tour!

Our guide Natalie was terrific - knowledgeable, friendly, passionate about her work. She shared a lot of useful info. I have one caveat - there were too many people in the group - 10 to 12 would be ideal rather than 18-20.

Matt was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about the area and gave us a wonderful tour of the Notre Dame/Latin Quarter with great history of the area and many little facts and tidbits. The food was a wonderful blend of everything Paris. The second half of the tour was a wonderful sit down feast with the many foods we collected throughout the day! It was perfect and I highly recommend the tour and Matt as your guide!!

Horrible experience. It is a scam. It says skipping the line but it is not true. There was four of us in the group. Two elderly couple were able to cut the line because of their physical capability but we were forced to get in the line and lost them when we got inside. Very disappointed

Only our group tours include reserved-time or skip-the-line entry. We always make this distinction clear in the product description and on the confirmation page before booking.

Natalie our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of Notre Dame as well as the surrounding area. The tour facilitated by the guide is 100% outside, however you receive an expedited entrance inside at the end. Great experience over all!

Our tour guide was wonderful. His name is ‘Sugar’. Very knowledgeable and a good sense of humor. You should arrive about 15 minutes early, since they did start checking g people in and left early. The meeting point is used by many tour guides, so don’t expect anyone there too early. Tour was well worth the scheduled entry vs long line.

Very informative tour. Learned a lot about the history of the cathedral as well as current restorations. Natalia also told us about other interesting sights as well made outr way around the cathedral. We arrived at the entrance in time for our reserved slot and went straight in.
