Trip cancelled by a phone call 2 hours before tour.
Tip - get your free Notre Dame ticket the day before so you have a plan B.
All tickets had gone by the time of cancellation so plans were ruined for the day.
A long long wait in the ‘no ticket’ queue.
The tour was great; brief walking. 1 hour was perfect timing for us. Sitting was not an option. Sarah knew it all!

My wife and I had a great tour of Notre Dame Cathedral Paris. We booked it through Viatour which is always good for tours with small groups and great guides. Liz was our guide and she did an excellent job of describing the history of Notre Dame and the repairs that have been made since the historical fire in 2019. This was a great experience.

Daniel has a Good knowledge of the history of the church and pointed out all the highlights. Gave a good background with photos before going inside. He also took pictures for us.

Sayeed was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and really enhanced my experience of the cathedral. Beating the line was a big plus but his expertise on every detail of the architecture, history, artwork and religious significance of each element of the building was really superb.

Our guide Saed was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We booked the tour that covered the outside of the building and inside. We had been before, but it was the first time we learned so much about the inscriptions on the outside of the building before the entrance. He took time with the tour answering all questions and pointed out a lot of extras that if you did the tour yourself you would never have found out about. .

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Liz. She explained the history of how Notre Dame was constructed and the consequences and reconstruction of the roof and spire of the cathedral after the fire of 2019.

This ad is completely misleading absolutely the worst tour we did on this trip and extremely upset and disappointed.
This tour is of st.chapelle and st Chappelle only NOT a skip the line or internal tour of note dame. 100 other tours for over 1/2 the price. Tickets to st chapel are about 22 euro and there is nearly no line. The tour guide was nice and informative but not at all what we signed up for.
We've used this fabulous company several times now, in different cities/countries and they never disappoint. Saeed was just the perfect guide.. the right amount of history, information and great personality. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This was a terrific experience. Sayeed was an absolutely fabulous tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and presents the information in a fun and entertaining way. The tour was the perfect length - 90 minutes. Highly recommend.

The guide was very knowledgable and happily answered questions. Unfortunately, much of the cathedral was concealed where restoration was still in progress, preventing a 360 tour. None the less, the Grand facade and flying buttresses were visible and the detail explained. Don’t think that preferential treatment for interior tour is given; one must join the queue with everyone else.

We were told to meet at the meeting point 15 minutes before our tour time which was at 10:30. We waited for 45 minutes and guide never came. Finally, a guy came up and began assisting us. He took my phone and saw that there was another new message that said the tour had been changed again and would we meet at 8:45. We had to pay an extra $12 for audio equipment and toured the facility on our own.
Our guide was outstanding and the tour was well worth the time and money. Would recommend thinking to anyone whether you’re interested in religion or history.

It’s confusing to book this tour. Too many vague choices that were not clearly explained. I thought I was booking a tower access tour and paid top $$$ for it. I received a request to change my time to later a few days before tour. As it’s convenient I said yes. Then day of tour it turned out it was NOT the tour I booked. While u did get a small refund it did it compensate for the disappointment my grandchildren n I experienced after several hours wait at the cathedral. Would NOT book with this company again. Although I’ve used Viator for years n never experienced this type of bait n switch before. Perhaps they have gotten too big and sub out too many if their tours. Buyers beware.
The guide gave an explanation of the fire and things that happened and told us about the things that miraculously survived. He was nice and it was interesting. It was crowded and hot and noisy.
If you're wondering if you should pay for a tour or just gain free entrance, pay for the tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, and the information enhanced our experience.

Out of all our bookings that we’ve booked through Viator this was the only one while in Paris that did not reach out to us prior. We were a few minutes late did not get to join our group. Every other tour operator reached out to us and gave us times to meet aside from the Viator site this tour operator did not so beware. I would not recommend this particular tour for that reason alone.
Our private tour of Notre Dame Cathedral totally bypassed the hour-long line to enter the cathedral – great on a 100-degree day. Our Guide Diana was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job explaining the various contents and history of the Cathedral. She used her IPAD effectively to show what things looked like before the fire, what the interior looked like immediately after the fire for comparison to present day. It is a miracle that the stained glass survived only for Macron to replace some of it as a part of the post fire rebuild. Things that were at either end of the cathedral were undamaged. Most of the damage to contents was where the flaming roof collapsed in the center section. She also explained all of the statues and symbols on the façade of the building. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a great experience. I highly recommend a tour guide. Dianna was very sweet and knowledgeable. Our group was small. There was a mass while we were inside. Extra treat to hear the organ music and t huge priest. Notre Dame was crowded.

We didn’t locate our guide until 20 minutes after tour was to begin. We were at the chalamagne statue at 8:55. He has no sign or showing credentials. Another guide offered to help and contacted your co. It was only then that we connected. He said he was calling me but don’t have an international cell plan. It was NOT stated that this was a requirement! He should have has a sign like all the other guides. Also his English was quite poor and difficult to understand.
She told us the history, what is knew to Notre Dame. She sent us pictures . She was very polite and knowable.
