This tour is a complete scam. Avoid at all costs. They take your money and don’t provide the services they say they’ll provide. The French government allows these tour operators to legally scam people out of money selling bogus “guided tours.” The government doesn’t care as long as Eiffel Tower tickets keep selling.

I paid to go to the summit of eiffel tower but didn't get to go up because they closed the summit and i wasn't refunded.
We paid for the upper lift but it was closed. Is it possible to receive compensation? We are very disappointed
We took the steps and tour guide was helpful and supportive to us all.
Left us on the 1st floor which we rather strange but nice person, funny and tells a good story.
Beautiful experience. I would definitely pay for the elevator next time. Those 2 levels of steps are intense. JD was very informative and entertaining.

disappointed. When purchasing they said I could change the time if there was a delay in my flight or if something came up. My flight was delayed and I reached out to an agent twice with no response and lost my money.

I paid to go to the summit in the elevator but the guide (Andre) took us to the 2nd floor via stairs and the ticket he gave us didn’t let us go to the summit… It showed invalid… We were cheated… I was cheated and I want refund…!
This tour was a horrible experience. There was zero communication ahead of time re: what could be brought into the tour. We were told to leave our items in the bushes. They were stolen. Our tickets were not bought in advance when we booked the tour but rather we stood in the regular line with the tour guide and watched her buy our tickets. She wasn't feeling good and didn't want to speak, do the first 90 minutes the one fact she shared ( in the ticket line) was that they paint the tower. She wouldn't let anyone use the restroom even though we waited in the ticket line for over an hour, even a young child. Ticket sales to summit closed while we were waiting for her to buy our tickets, everyone on the tour was under the impression that since we bought well in advance via the tour we all had an our tickets secured. . She told us to walk to the first story. THEN she explained no one had tickets and a refund would be handled in the days to follow. Several of us had questions re: what had happened. She got upset, said it happens all the time and to call Viator. It 💯 made us feel as if we had been scammed. We were talking to other members of our group when we realized she had left us. So we never got a tour. I called Viator while trying to find our guide, to ask what we were to do. He said to try and find out group but he was sorry and would make sure we were "taken care of" and they said a manger would call me within an hour...that was in July...I'm still waiting to hear back from Viator. Honestly, book with another company or just go on your own. I have never been more disappointed with a customer service department or a guide in my life. Oh and tickets with summit are a fraction of the cost of this tour. Not worth the aggravation, felt as if it was honestly a scam. Better to go day of an get your own tickets and enjoy at your own pace.
Great experience, and lovely to be able to skip the long queue to get in initially. The guide was really nice and friendly, although we did think that the 40 minute talk at the first level was a bit too long. It felt like a bit of a time filler, included to make the cost seem worthwhile perhaps?
We then got the elevator to the top, which was great, but extremely busy.
I book a trip to Eiffel tower. Paid on via viator. As i reached at the site of Eiffel tower, due ti technical issues the Eiffel tower was closed so i could not visit the tower. Other clients got their money back on the same day with other company , i did not get my money back.
This is not safe
There are a lot of stairs to climb. Be prepared and bring water and proper shoes. Very crowded. Take your time climbing. Our tour guide talked a lot.
If you are in Paris, you have to do this tour. The views are spectacular and hopefully you will get a feel for the whole history of the venue. You just have to remember you will be there with a few thousand friends. You will line up together to go through security, to get your tickets, to climb the stairs, to take the elevator, to view the city from the summit, to go down the elevator and to leave the area. If you are prepared for that, this is a must-do experience. Do the evening tour if you can, to view the light show.

I booked a taxi and the driver brought us to the exact address. I could not find the guide and I waited another 2 hours to see if I can do the next tour. Now the company refuses to refund. Also I regret booking because buying directly from the Tour Eiffel it would have been 10 times cheaper.
Very knowledgeable guide-Anna. She gave us so much more than if we submitted ourselves. It was an amazing evening.

You only get voucher from Viator and still have to wait in ticket line, over 1 hour for us. The top was closed since 1 pm, and our tour was at 3:30pm but our tour guide did not tell us the top was closed until we waited 1 hour in ticket line. Then he gave us wrong ticket so when the top of the Eiffel Tower opened up later in the afternoon and we waited 30 minutes in elevator line, our tickets were rejected. Super frustrating day lost from our three days in Paris.
Great experience, climbing the tower with a guide made the whole experience more interesting bringing together lots of information and interesting facts. Thank you Ana! You were so knowledgeable and adapted things for the group session to accommodate everyones needs. Highly recommended
Lillian made our trip to the Eiffel Tower lots of fun and we enjoyed learning about the history of the tower and all the surrounding monuments we could see from the tower!
It is not 2 hours and they dont buy a ticket before. You wait in line to buy. You may as well do that yourself.
Tour description is vague and ambiguous. Apparently this booking does not allow you to use the elevator, even though it says in the title "elevator to the top".
Person who met us at the meeting point was incredibly rude and the first thing she said was "do you know what you signed up for!". Then proceeded to tell our group that they won't let my mom up because she had a cane. When I asked about the language in the booking and how it says "elevator to the top" she just said "No, we take stairs. Read the booking". I read the booking to her as she walked away. She obviously knows what is going on and that they are scamming people.
Do not book this tour!!! Try somewhere else or just stand in line and get a ticket from the Effiel tower ticket office.
The guide, Lady E, was knowledgeable and fun. She shared many interesting facts abot the tower and photos.

This experience is NOT described in enough detail regarding the “climb requirements”. I do not remember 695 steps in the description when booking this trip. There was no personalized service from the guide and paying all of the extra money to stand in the same line as the person off the street does make this worth the money in my opinion.
