Great experience. Purchased last minute tickets for sold out day. Arrived in email shortly after purchased. Worked great at ticket booth.

Guide was fine. Tour was extremely quick as expected. What was not clear and very frustrating was how far away the wine and cheese tasting was from the museum. It was over a mile walk which was not fun in the heat.

One of Paris’ best museums. Far better experience than the Louvre. More intimate and less crowded. Amazing artwork and the building itself is remarkable

A joyous abundance of wonderful paintings in a spectacular setting. Very kind staff. In one of your cafes the young man organizing the entry made sure I got a seat inside. I am 78 and often in pain, and he recognized this. Another staff member actually led me to the gallery I asked about.

The museum itself was wonderful and a must see. There was some confusion on ticketing and they give you your tickets the day of with no time slot entry. Not very communicative and they didnt reapond when I asked 2 simple questions. Other than that was fine. If you can get tickets without using this I would, as they over charge.

Museum closed unexpectedly but did not post that on their website site, so we traveled in excessive heat to see a note on the door. Waiting for a Viator refund.

I booked entry tickets for the Musée d'Orsay through Viator for today, relying on their promise that last-minute bookings would be delivered within 30 minutes.
With only two hours left until my entry time, I still have not received my tickets. I have experienced a shameful ordeal with customer support: I emailed Viator care (customer.care@viator.com), called the UK support number (+44 2072923158), and even messaged the local partner via WhatsApp (+971 55 198 1245). I was bounced around between contacts in France, Saudi Arabia, and the UK, with absolutely no one giving a concrete answer or solving the problem.
I have sent emails to two different addresses, including contact@parisodyssey.com, but there is total radio silence. This is completely unprofessional behavior that risks ruining a vacation in Paris. I demand a full and immediate refund if I am denied entry due to this utter disorganization. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM, stay away!

Excellent guy. Friendly and knowledgeable. Her history and knowledge of each exhibit and was outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone who might consider taking his tour. She kept everyone in check and was very conscious of the heat.

Lovely museum with good AC. Easy way to get tickets when timed slots are sold out through the museum. Just be aware that tickets will not be sent to you until the day before. App was a bit confusing on this point.

Loved the gallery. Lots of amazing and important work. The private exhibition was great too I was a huge fan of the art. The cafe on the 5th floor was terrible though. Avoid that at all costs. Rude staff. Got the order wrong twice. But defo just go for the amazing works of art

These tickets are given through a third party and I never actually received the tickets I paid for. Viator was very helpful and eventually refunded me but do not waste your time purchasing this.

A fabulous building, stylish, airy and full of natural light, filled with great art. The top floor is all Impressionist art, beautifully displayed and lots of significant works. There are many fantastic sculptures, even furniture (many in room settings). The loveliest art gallery we have ever visited.
We visited on a Sunday (of a French Bank Holiday) arriving just as it opened and there were long queues, but the doorman let us in immediately with these tickets.

Make sure to download the app or figure out how to get your ticket with the pdf form. Adding the ticket to my Apple wallet did not open. Go early and start on the 5th floor

This ticket allowed us to skip the long line and head right in to the amazing Musée d Orsay. We did not feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed the museum. We stopped at the restaurant and had some fabulous profiteroles. I’d definitely recommend using Viator for these tickets.

I wasnt sure at first how smoothly this would go with the tickets not being purchased directly from the museum.
When we arrived there was a very long queue but we easily found the one we were meant to be in which had very few people in it. We basically could just walk right up to the security part and then straight into the museum. So simple and fitted in with our plans as we didn't want to commit to a specific time slot! So glad I purchased them this way!

It was amazing! So beautiful and inspiring. Had a wonderful lunch at cafe inside… line appeared long but moved super quickly! All of the art was extraordinary… monet da Vinci so many more… even a uniques sensory experience room. Definitely a favorite of all time.
Buy tickets in advance the ticket purchase line looked awful.

Terrible! Never got our tickets. Every time I called the number to get our tickets it would be outsourced to an AI and hang up on me. We had to stand in line for 1.5 hours to get actual tickets from the event. There is a 50% up charge too. Very upset by the whole experience!

The impressionists! So beautiful. Go to the top floor, spend lots of time in the impressionists, then still down. There is a cafe in the 5th floor, but also a more relaxing restaurant down a floor. That was beautiful and lovely. This is good for a few hours and should not be missed.
