Viator sold us a ticket they were not permitted to sell by the D’Orsay. We went to enter the museum and were rejected. It was a special Sunday we’re only free issued tix were allowed by reservation. These tix are available through Viator or any other site. Do not buy a ticket here for the first Sunday of the month. Viator was agreeable to issuing a refund to us, which was good. Missing out on seeing the museum was bad.

The link to the voucher was not as helpful. I went to the reserved ticket area and showed the voucher. The three of us were admitted, but no audio was available. Disappointed.

They didn’t provided the kids tickets I selected in the check out and in my orders. The line was too long to risk waiting to be turned back so we didn’t get a chance to use the tickets. I send IM but no response.

Google Maps seems to have issues with getting to correct point. Never met up with person to get ticket from !! Kind employees helped me out. Paid extra for audio . Unfortunately half way thru could only get info intermittently. Also unable to get overviews of each area nor able to enter what I would like to see and to find. Major waste of money

Definitely get the “skip the line” tickets. Our time slot was 11am, we waited maybe 10 minutes to go through security. Also, the lockers for coats and hats is a cluster, just go to the coat check, it’s free and it’s fast. The 5th floor is madness. There are lots of Van Gogh, Renoir, Degas, Cezanne, in smaller niches that are spectacular, and you can take your time and really enjoy every brushstroke.

Not worth extra money.

Thus does NOT include the headphone guide. It apparently invades a digital guide. Do you need instructions about how to get that abd also your own ear piece for your phone. I never saw instructions. Did not have ear piece. Waste of money.

Museum entrance tkts through Viator

I bought tkts for entry to Musée d'Orsay & musee Orangerie 3-4 months before my visit . I specifically asked for early morning entry. Days before my visit both tkts were moved to afternoon entrées and it was jam packed. Donot book museum entry tkts with Viator.

It was not a priority entry, so not as advertised, both security and reception explained that it was a timed entry, not a priority entry and indeed on the ticket the word priority was absent, but whe purchasing and in all communications via email it was mentioned as a priority ticket.

We are very glad that we purchased these tickets beforehand, as we were able to walk right into the museum at our appointed time. The line for those who did not purchase in advance was v-e-r-y long. We did not opt for the audio guide, so cannot comment on that. And, as an aside, the number of visitors within the museum was large and it felt uncomfortably crowded. Our time-slot was at 2:PM. Perhaps an earlier time of day would be better.

Extremely crowded. Hard to get in front of many of the art works, especially in the Impressionist suites. It was also noisy so even the audio guide was hard to hear. Wouldn’t visit again unless I was here in truly the “off” season.

I was sent vouchers instead of priority and was forced to line up in a normal line, which I managed to explain on my own but was a waste of time and effort. It's called Big Trouble, getting the wrong date for the Vuitton Museum. I will never use it as a booking website again. Please do not send me any further emails with any special offers. I would like to tell my friends and others not to use it by word of mouth. I want those responsible to apologize.
