Its ok for 20 mins but there is no useful information or facts shared by guide. Cheap enough but not missing anything if not done.

We got there a few minutes before the time with 4 seats reserved and they only had 3 seats. They could not guarantee that we would get on another boat. I ended up I’m just buying tickets with another company. I want a full refund. There was no one who would talk to us or try to help us. Awful.

This was well worth the price. It gave us beautiful views and photos. It was quick and while we couldn’t hear/understand, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was good but personally I think waking along the canal, river is better. The boat was nice and tidy. Good music was played. Lasts about 20mins.

Loud obnoxious and a pass

This ride was like taking a boat through the Vegas strip but with noise, nonstop club music, and an ovnoxious mascot/guide who kept yammering “Hiiiiiiiiii” to the boat or to people on the sides of the river. What could have been pleasant was loud and disappointing.

Tech issues and no narration but fun cruise

Quick tour of the area to avoid the crowds but this trip was not narrated so didn't learn a lot. Also there are competing companies so give yourself some extra time to find the right one. Also be sure to have the QR code, not the bar code on the downloaded ticket. We were able to get it with some tech magic and hot spot to open the booking. Fun area and walked the area after once we knew where things were!

Loved the herons on the canal

It's a very short cruise along the canal in dotonbori, but based on the cost its good value. Saw lots of beautiful herons on the cruise close up.

Poor Cruise, tour guides didn’t inform

we had a 7pm cruise. Unfortunately crew changed as we got on. Our crew did not speak or provide any information for the entire cruise. we saw other boats with tour guides talking and having fun. Our cruise was poor.

How can I leave a proper review.. I paid for the boat trip and was denied boarding . And now Viator will not give a refund.. Extremely Bad experience

Not a tour just a boat ride

Please note that unlike other companies, while this is a super comfortable boat, there is no guide sharing any information or history of the area. If you just want to cruise along for 20 mins comfortably, then this is ideal. If you want information, choose another provider.

Cheap no-frills river cruise

It was an enjoyable river cruise but it was 10 minutes shorter than advertised (20 minutes not 30 minutes). We were expecting some sort of commentary or guide to tell us about the sights but it is literally just a boat that takes you past all the lights with loud hip hop music playing (we like this but not everybody would). It was OK value. Bring insect repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes at sunset as you wait to board from the pier. The boat was comfy and one of the crew took some photos of us.
