We needed to swap ticket from Fri night to Sat night & that was accommodated very well. Cruise was great, short about 20-30 mins but saw all the sights along Dontonbori river. Host was good, blankets provided as was a bit chilly. Able to purchase a couple of drinks for the trip. Recommend this activity 🙌

This was the best way to kick off our time in Osaka. I really enjoyed seeing the city from the boat at night. I also really liked that we could go at anytime because we got to Osaka later than planned.

Fun short boat ride

I would say this is a must do, but I would never pay full price of that makes sense. It’s a 20 minute jaunt up and down the river there but great sights!!

Great informative guide took us on a fun walking/train tour of Osaka seeing all the famous attractions Osaka has to offer. Guide was great at accommodating,odating attractions for our kids. Lots of fun had!

We purchased the tickets on the same day we wanted to take cruise, I went to the store and it was closed. Tried to call the owner and nobody picks up the phone. The cancellation plan is a joke it won't refund me. Had to do a credit card dispute on this one. Plus we got a better cruise service with the same price and a narrator.

Rude usher staff, chaos & disorganised boat trip. Stressful with family. Staff sent us to the wrong Que. Buying tickets via Viator is not enough. You have to take proof of purchase to another desk and receive another set of tickets again. So advice is book a time slot during busy periods after purchasing your tickets via Viator. Good 20min trip to get some pictures of the street and lights in. Jack sparrow host was entertaining.

This is an essentially worthless cruise that is not enlightening or fun or entertaining. Truly, a waste of time. Even though it is 20 minutes, by the time you board and stand in the line and get on and get your tickets. It is a full hour and 20 minutes. Spend your time elsewhere.

Tourist activity, the price is absolutely not worth the service offered. The navigable stretch of the river is very short. The staff is very nice and helpful.
