The guides spoke fluent English, Italian and Spanish. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. We were picked up in front of our hotel in Naples and dropped off at the hotel at the end of the tour.

Disorganized but Interesting

The tour guide was knowledgeable and the site was interesting, but the tour description was not clear. We were driven to Pompeii first for lunch, where we met up with a group that toured Pompeii in the morning. We then took another bus to Herculaneum for the tour. This was not clearly conveyed in the description or by the tour organizer.
