A small group tour worth the expense.

My wife and I enjoyed this tour. We found that it provided sufficient time at each location. At Pompeii we were provided a guide. She was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The small size of the group added to the experience. We found this tour to be an excellent experience and value.

fantastic from start to finish expensive but worth the money. We were collected on time by Chris the tour leader and Francessco the driver, a good explanation was given as to the day ahead . On getting to Pompei our guide massimo was great leading us around expertly and giving us as much information as was possible in the time. Please be warned that Pompei is such a big area that you always leave feeling that you have only scratched the surface this was our second trip of the week and i would expect that we probably saw a maximum of 30%. A simple lunch was had at Pompei before going on to Herclaneum , there we met our guide Daria who again was helpful and had a great knowledge she took her time explaining the site and was always ready to answer questions. A big thankyou to Chris and his guides and drtiver for a really great day. 100% recomended

Paid for VIP small group, put in tour of 27

We booked VIP small group Tour max 8 people and were put on a tour with 27 people without any consultation. We paid a high price for a small tour because we did not want to be in a big group. The tour guide was great, Pompeii was interesting, but the large group spoiled our experience. We were given a small part refund only after we complained.
