Sabina was very knowledgeable about Pompeii and Herculaneum. Very interesting and good to be with our own private group of four. And Ciro our driver was very nice and recommended a restaurant for lunch in Pompeii that turned out to be one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in three weeks in Italy.

Habiendo contratado un tour privado de Pompeia y Ercolano para el día 25 de octubre por un importe de 637,84 € y teniendo la confirmación de las entradas incluidas, (1331514484), reserva num. 942130302, me encontré con la desagradable sorpresa de tener que abonar el importe de las entradas de los dos sitios para poder hacer la excursión. Según la agencia italiana Inwind.it las entradas no estaban incluidas, pero dado el importe abonado me hace suponer que hay un error de comunicación entre ustedes. Les agradecería me abonasen el importe de las 4 entradas por 58,00 euros.

las entradas no están incluidas, esto está claramente escrito en el bono de la excursión. Los clientes habían comprado por separado las entradas de Pompeya por internet que no eran válidas.
