T and S were great guides on our Osaka Tour

The weather forecast in Kobe was rain and wind. We elected to go to Osaka where the weather forecast was better. Their vehicle fit 4 passengers, a wheelchair, and walker. Having a custom tour through Viator was much better than the ship sponsored tour where there was no flexibility. The Osaka Castle was great. And they really were accommodating to wheelchairs. Our shopping urge was satisfied at the Grand Front mall where we had lunch. We needed to a pharmacy to get some medication and a to a convenience store. Then ended up at Tsūtenkaku Tower in the Shinsekai District. Got back in plenty of time before departure. Using the Viator app was easy and mad communication with the guides easy.

I was so excited that I was able to book another private tour with Mr. T and his assistant. They are really top tour guides! Mr. T would pull up to the front door of where we were going and his assistant would jump out of the car with and go us to help us show us the way. Then after the tour she would be waiting for us and she would call Mr. T and he would come with the car. They had water and snacks for us which was wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend a tour with him and his mini van was really nice and clean. I’m very thankful I was able to get him for the two days one in Nara and the other day in Kokyo. He picks up from the cruise port which was also a blessing because so many of them don’t. You won’t be disappointed if you book with him and he communicates in English perfect!

I can’t say enough positive things about T and his assistant. The communication with them before we arrived in Japan was excellent. It was a private 8 hour tour so he asked us what we would like to do plus he recommended things. He never rushed us and always showed us were to go and how to get there so we don’t waste time. He also put a air tag in my pocket so he could find us if we got lost because Nara and Osaka are very large cities with a lot of people. T was always answering all our questions about his country and he’s very knowledgeable. They shared their favorite food and restaurants. He’s just a excellent guide that I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
