The cooking class was a wonderful experience. The class was engaging, informative, and a true learning excursion. I would highly recommend this class for tourist in Italy. I am excited to try the new dishes at home in the USA for my family soon!

Affordable, great fun, and delicious! We ate our creation. Chef was lovely. A great way to spend 2-3 hours in a fun little district in Milan. Pasta came out perfecto!!

Our hands on cooking class was a lot of fun. There were three of us. We made gnocchi, pasta noodles and tiramisu cups. Elba was confident and passionate about pasta making (with a good sense of humor). The meal was delicious! There will be a lot of food, so plan accordingly (we ate at 4pm and did not need dinner and we couldn’t even finish our pasta plates). Only eat a light snack before class.

Great experience. A lot of fun. Our handmade pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu are restaurant grade (to us). Our chef coach M. Francesco is amazing, friendly and informative

First cooking class ever and it will be hard to beat

This was the first cooking class myself, sister and father have ever done and it was fantastic. Francisco was an amazing teacher and chef. We had so much fun throughout the class. He was very engaging and personable. We had such a lovely experience and enjoyed the company of the mother and daughter taking the class along with us. Would highly recommend doing this if your itinerary allows.

Great experience! We were a family of 5, with 3 kids ages 10-13, all of whom had a great time. Francesco did a great job teaching the class and was patient and kind with the kids, and even took extra precaution to teach them when it came time to cutting the pasta. Top notch experience!
