Memorable Experience with Amazing Hosts

I took this class off a recommendation from a friend of mine who went to Milan four years ago. Vittorio, the chef, is very cool and even remembered my friend from years ago. We signed up for the small class experience and ended up with a private class for just us three and had the best time. Pasta came out amazing. A highlight of our trip to Milan for sure.

This was by far the best experience I have had at any class or excursion. Our chef, Vittorio, and his wife were extremely accommodating. I was in constant contact with Vittorio leading up to the class and he will remain in contact with us for life! Vittorio makes it easy and fun to learn the art of pasta making along with making and enjoying a traditional Italian Cocktail - you MUST try a Martini Royale. My husband and I could have talked with Vittorio and his wife for hours. They are an incredible couple with amazing life experiences. Needless to say, my husband and I cannot wait to use the recipes from this class in our meals at home! And next time we are in Milan we will do another class with Vittorio!

At the end we sat down to dinner and were proud of what we had created, enjoyed the food with great wine and selfmade cocktail after the lesson. Highly recommended!
