Without question, this will be the highlight of your trip. The Duomo is there for all of Milan to admire. And, perhaps many will catch a football match or the Olympics. But, along with myself, my wife and friends, tonight’s cooking experience is a memory that will last for years. I’m certain that Viator has a list of schools ready to advertise. This was beyond special. The beginning was a handshake. In the end, it was hugs. In between, a warm, delicious and educational environment that we still can’t stop talking about. Beyond the culinary experience, our chef/friend shared his musical blessings with the group. In addition, we met a wonderful young man named Gabriel who only enhanced the experience. If you’re lucky, Simone might share some of his favorite international culinary experiences. We are making our way through the Olympics, and yet nothing will compare to the music, food and friends and tonight’s cooking experience.

We came to this cooking class not knowing what to expect and left feeling like we should have our own cooking show. 🍳😂
10/10 would recommend. We learned new skills, ate amazing food, and only slightly embarrassed ourselves with our lack of skills. If you’re on the fence—go. Worst case scenario you eat a great meal and listen to great music. Ask him to play “funeral for a friend”.

Simone and Gabriel made our day so special! We were a large group of 10 and this cooking class was unique, fun, and informative. The apertivo was incredible and included special bread from Simone’s home town. The pasta we made was delicious and Simone prepared it with three amazing sauces. He also premade one of the best tiramisus I’ve ever had. We had one gluten allergy in our group and Simone was very accommodating and practiced good food safety. The music element of class kept us smiling (and singing) the whole time. I would definitely recommend this activity to any group that likes to have a good time and eat amazing food!!

We had the best experience ever. Simone, his hospitality, his friends, is lovely and warm home added to the amazing cooking lesson he gave to us. He danced and laughed together with each choreographed step of his lesson to a cool rocking song. We dinned and drank together like old friends and ended the evening with an amazing piano serenade and sing along. We even got to play with chiefs cats. This was the best part of our trip 🍝🐈😘🇮🇹🍷

Hands down the best experience! Have done different pasta making classes in Milan, but this one was a lot of fun. Choreographed to music. Great for the entire family

An unforgettable culinary experience, Chef Simone’s Rocking Kitchen cooking class was amazing from start. Simone and his sous chef, Mateo, made us feel incredibly welcome with this memorable evening. The playlist was perfect for all genres. Chef Simone’s instructions were clear, engaging, and easy to follow.
You use the freshest ingredients, and every detail had been thoughtfully planned. Simone’s clean and inviting home added to the overall charm of the experience.
The food we created was absolutely delicious, and the care and expertise Simone brought to the class were evident in every bite. This is more than just a cooking class—it’s a complete cultural and culinary journey. Oh and the wine was amazing! Just book and tell him Jay recommended!

This is a must! The Rockin Kitchen was a true highlight of our Milano visit. Our chef Simone is truly a generous teacher and a lovely host. My pasta was a first time success cooking experience-to the dancing tunes of Tina Turner! I will recommend this experience to everyone.

In un bellissimo appartamento Simone e Mattia ci hanno accolto con grande ospitalità.
La serata dall'inizio alla fine è stata un meraviglioso e autentico momento dedicato al cibo e alla cucina tradizionale.. con una ‘nota’ diversa che non svelerò, va scoperta.

Molto piu di una lezione di cucina! Cucinare a ritmo di musica è stata un'esperienza unica e la professionalità di Simone e Matteo, ma soprattutto la loro simpatia, hanno reso questa serata davvero speciale. Abbiamo imparato a cucinare dei piatti meravigliosi grazie agli insegnamenti di Simone, preparato e molto paziente vista la nostra totale inesperienza, e il risultato è stato buonissimo. Consiglierò sicuramente questa esperienza!
