This was one of our best highlights in our trip to Italy. Chef Vittorio was delightful, welcoming host, and a masterful teacher in the art of homemade pasta preparation. The food prepared by us in his well organized kitchen was delicious. He was patient, professional, pleasant, entertaining, and knowledgeable. He made certain that each one of us had hands on individual experience in making pasta from start to end. We each had a station and all the ingredients to make two kinds of pasta. Our family of four (two teenagers) enjoyed his instruction and came away with an increased appreciation and skill in homemade pasta production. It was absolutely our favorite part of our trip to Milan. I would definitely recommend this activity and give it more than 5 stars if possible. Many thanks for a wonderful time.

A day with Pasta and great people

We had a blast with Vittorio and Letizia. It was a fun and informative “class” with delicious pasta making. They both made it seem so easy and we are excited to make some of this when we get back to the USA! If any of our friends are planing a trip to Milan, we will definitely recommend this class to them. Flavorful, fun, and fresh!!

Vittorio and Letizia conducted a two hour pasta making class for our family of four. Our two teenage children (16, 18) found it very entertaining, while working with pasta tools and appliances. My spouse found it very informative, including Vittorio’s tips on how to make the best pizza crust at home (we did not make pizza, but they offer the class if you wish). We made two pastas. Meal One - A sofritto-meat red sauce with fettuccini noodles. Meal Two - Sage and butter sauce with stuffed pastas. We rolled from scratch - cappelletti, tortellini and star shaped dumplings with pre-made sausage filling. Recipes were shared via email. Both meals were served with white or red wine. Sodas also offered. Pizzaskill created a very inviting and hospitable atmosphere for us to enjoy this cultural tradition. It was a memorable and fun family team building exercise. Grazie for the great communication beforehand to confirm, and the day of to help us in locating the building. We highly recommend! Grazie per il cibo meraviglioso!

Vittorio was a great instructor and host. We had a wonderful time learning to make pasta. The food was delicious, and he made sure to send us the recipes after the fact so weren't worried about writing anything down while the class was going on.
