I was a little hesitant at first since I had never ridden on a Segway before but our guide, Jacob was so patient and truly a very knowledgeable guide at put me at ease. We saw some amazing historical sights around town and each time there was a specific point of interest, Jacob would stop snd give us a very detailed story of the history of the location. We also went to Retiro park which was so lovely and massive. I was very grateful to have been on a Segway because otherwise I do not think I would have seen às much as I did. I highly recommend the Segway tour if you are able bodied and enjoy seeing a lot of interesting sites. It was fun!

Super fun tour! You do go out in traffic though to get to the Park and back. Andrea was an excellent tour guide and took care of my son who wasn’t very comfortable on the Segway on hills and traffic. The park was beautiful! I would
definitely recommend this tour!

Should add some context in explanations / notes to warn that meet up spot is very far from Retiro Park. We got confused and by the time we figured out the meeting spot was on the opposite side of the city, we were going to miss 1/2. Giving 2 stars vs 1 because they offered to have someone meet us to catch us up but we were near the park when we realized. Requested refund or different time. Both denied. Found a private 1 hour private Segway tour at a competitor and it was perfect. Just us, 1 hour tour of park, 20 minute set up and 15 each way to park. Loved.

Overall it was a great experience. Only gave 4 stars because we really only spent 15 of 90 minutes in Retiro Park. The rest of the time was spent traversing through the city to get to the park. The unexpected side benefit was we saw a part of the city we would have otherwise missed. Once we finished the tour we walked back down to the area of the city where the park was & spent the rest of the day exploring the area & taking a long walk (complete with a cold beer stop) back through the park. A very good day overall.
Our guide David was great. Having never been on a Segway before, his pre-trip instruction was quite good to get us going & you really do get more comfortable riding & operating the Segway as the tour goes on. We had a family with us that really should not have tried the Segway tour (the daughter was too young & inattentive & the mother was too nervous) but David navigated them the best that he could. I’m sure we lost some sight seeing time because of them but David mitigated things as best that he could.

We were lucky to have the guide to ourselves for this late afternoon tour. We have done Segway’s in over a dozen cities so could hop on and go. Our guide could go at a good pace so we covered a lot of area. We had time to stop and wander in the rose gardens, the peacock park and at the glass pavilion. It’s a great way to see the city and cover the hills without walking.

Our tour guide Andrea was really sweet and gave a lot of historical info and added some myth and mystery. It was so enjoyable to hear all about this beautiful city and the ride was so much fun.

Juan was an excellent tour guide and instructor on the Segways. I would have given the tour a perfect 5, but I felt we didn't spend as much time in the park itself as expected. At most 1 hour was spend in the park. The rest of the time was in training and navigating on the Segways on the streets to and from the park. But still, this was an excellent adventure!

Excellent small group tour. Very good instructions for those unfamiliar with Segway’s. Clearly had safety of everyone as his priority. Excellent route and informative tour - lots of fun and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Segway tour of Madrid.

Chaotic since it’s within Madrid Centro! Luckily I’ve some experience with Segway but I could understand if a beginner found it disconcerting. The short training was on cobblestones in the extremely busy Centro. Half the trip was weaving among the hordes of tourists on narrow back alleys and congested streets. I personally found this part exhilarating but beginners may not be as forgiving. The description of the different sites was not always clear due to crowd noise. The trip was long enough to satisfy my desire for a long Segway sojourn.

So much fun!
Initially I was scared I wouldn’t get the hang of it but as we rode I became more comfortable and at the end of the ride I didn’t want it to end 😅 Our tour guide was very patient and a good teacher. The park was beautiful. Such a good idea to use a Segway for it.

This tour was great fun and it was a great way to see lots of Madrid in addition to Retiro Park. I would definitely recommend this tour if you are looking for a more unique way of experiencing a lot of the city in a limited amount of time.

Our guide was very knowledgable and explained how to ride a segway. It was our first time trying it. The stops on the tour were beautiful. I thought the tour was mainly in a park but instead it included a lot of streets to get to the park. While trying to avoid hitting people walking on the streets, I accidentally hit a pylon and fell off the segway. It was not the company’s fault but it is painful. I would still recommend a segway tour to others but for first timers a true park only setting might be better.

We took the Segway tour to Parque del Retiro with Agustín. He taught us how to use the Segway with patience and care. The spots that we stopped by during our trip to Parque del Retiro were amazing, we stopped to take pictures and Agustín explained every single attraction. Agustín make our experience, one really fun and worth it! He was the best!!!

The best experience in Madrid. We learned how to use a Seqway and Jower show us the best park in Madrid in 2 hours and told us the history of Spain. He was very informative and patient with us as new users of Seqway. Thank you for this experience!

My two teenagers persuaded me into this tour and it was fantastic! We got to see a lot of Retiro Park in such a fun way and some of the city on the way there and back. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic tour, can't recommend it enough - the guide was great, from the meeting point you get to see many of the cities sights on the way to the park.
The park itself was beautiful, and huge. Best way to see it all in a short space of time.
Had a great time learning more about the different parts of the park and even some of the attractions on the way there - all in the 1 hour and a half. Can't recommend it enough, definitely worth doing

El tours estuvo bueno, Paloma fue muy narrativa y paciente. El único problema que tuve fue que en la reserva decía que iba al parque el Retiro y no fue así. Asegúrense de reservar con tiempo y que luego no les digan que no irán al lugar indicado.
