- It will not be suspended for fine rain, in case of heavy rain it will be rescheduled
- Under certain circumstances, the Madrid City Council decides, for security reasons, to close the facilities of El Retiro Park. This is beyond our control regarding the tour. In this case, we will offer an alternative route to our users.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed at the start of the tour. After 30 minutes, the tour will be canceled.
- If you have limited mobility, you should not take part
- Children must be accompanied by an adult and be at least 10 years old
- Users will be able to use the Segway for themselves.
- The user's weight must be between 30 (77 lbs) and 125 kg (275 lbs) to ride a Segway
- Dress code is casual
- Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes are recommended.
- The use of mobile phones is not allowed while riding a segway.
- This is a private tour/activity. Only your group will participate

Andres was a fantastic guide on this Segway tour. We got to see so much more than we could ever by walking. We take a Segway tour in most cities we visit, and this was definitely one of the better ones.
Excellent tour of the old city of Madrid and retiro park. Super fun and efficient way to see everything.

Had a lot of fun! The King was in the city which restricted our tour however, our guide did a great job making the best of it. We had a great time and nobody had an issue even though it was our first time. We had so much fun that we’re going to do another Segway tour at our next stop

Our family of 4 took this Segway tour. What a fresh pace to travel! Being on a Segway makes it much more relaxing in a way. Due to the old and narrow streets, the location was not easy to find if you only rely on GPS, which we did. We felt very safe on the streets with the Segways and with our guide. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful experience! We showed up early and were fortunate that our guide was able to take us at that time. The tour through the park and through the Old City was beautiful and the history was very interesting.
I was a bit concerned about navigating with the Segway as I'm not an experienced rider, but was able to get the hang of it within a few minutes.
Highly recommended!

Great way to see a lot of the city without walking. Very safe. Guide was very informative and we learned something about the history of Spain and Madrid.
Enjoyable way to see a lot in Madrid. We were short on time as we were only here for the afternoon, so this was a great way to see a lot of the city and the park. Our tour guide was great, stopping to tell us more about the area that we were seeing. He even took pictures of us and emailed them to us right after the Tour. Highly recommend!

The Segways were easy to learn and control. We did the 2 hour tour which included parts of the historic district and El Retiro Park. Andrei gave us interesting highlights along the way, plus made sure we were safely escorted through traffic.

Jaime was a great tour guide, I had experienced Segway before in Chicago. The only inconvenience was that we had to go on the actual streets between cars and people and o think that was very dangerous. Beatles that we had a blast !

Thank you, yes, the regulations classify us as both vehicles and bicycles, so we don't bother pedestrians. The Segway is a lot of fun and enjoyable.
Raphael did an outstanding job as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable on Spanish history and clearly explained what all the buildings were on the tour right through the center of Madrid. Retiro Park is VERY big so seeing it on the Segway saved us A LOT of time! Highly recommend this tour!

This is probably the most amazing way to see Madrid and to experience its sights and sounds while learning a new skill. The segways are more fun than you’d imagine and easy to operate, and Cristina WAS THE MOST AMAZING GUIDE. That lady deserved the tip we tried to give her but she politely declined. She was knowable and allowed me to understand so many nuances about Madrid that I feel in love with the city and the people all over again. I would do this again if I could do it with her!

We had so much fun exploring the city on the Segways. Navigating the main busy main roads was a bit scary but exhilarating at the same time. Cristina was a great guide and we were lucky enough to end up with a private tour with her as there were no other people booked at the same time. Would highly recommend this as an alternative option for seeing the main sights if you’re short on time. If you’re nervous about the Segways, don’t be - they’re pretty easy to control once you get the hang of it. Got some great tips on places for food too… thanks Cristina 😊
