After a booking snafu we ended up doing our segway tour with Alen.
He was very patient and made us feel comfortable as first time segway operators.
We took our time getting to a number of beautiful sights in Madrid. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.

We were a bit scared to do the segway tour in the busy streets of Madrid. But our instructor was nice and made sure we were safe.

The experience was a first for us all. Hats off to our guide, Alin who is the epitome of a great guide and teacher.
Our tour started with a demo of how to ride a segway. It was not a difficult task but Alin was so encouraging and thoughtful about our different skill levels and in no time -we were off.
Then he took us to see the Royal palace, Basilica and around the streets of Madrid, providing us history and local info of all the sites.
It felt like a short tour but we all had fun, nonetheless.
By the end of the tour, we all got very comfortable riding the segway. So much so that Alin recommended we try out the monocycle!!

One of the best thing in Madrid. I had the Downtown Madrid tour which was worth it. Alen is a professional guide who gives you all the history and facts about the city and is talking about everything very passionately. I loved it. I would try another tour again but my mum is scared of segways so we just have to walk today or take the sightseeing bus.
I just need to come back to Madrid again and book more segway tours, it is souch fun and a great experience. Thank you.

My daughter and I had a fantastic time on the Segway tour! Rafael was an excellent guide. He was flexible, patient (while we were getting the hang of controlling the Segway) and he knew a lot about Madrid and its history!! We loved it and recommend it very highly!!

This was our first Segway tour and our tour guide was with Alan! He was amazing at teaching us how to use the Segway and gave great information about Madrid. He took us to parts of Madrid that is very beautiful and hard to believe it’s hidden in such a busy city. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend using their service!

This tour is worth it just to learn how to ride a Segway. Alan was an excellent instructor and we became adept at riding fairly quickly. We wished we had booked a longer trip. I recommend at least the 1.5 or 2 hour version. We also learned a lot about Madrid on the tour which is a bonus.

Never done a Segway tour but our guide/instructor Alan took the time with us to ensure we were given the correct training and were confident before setting off. Alan's knowledge of all the city center attractions/buildings were fantastic and he also made the trip fun, would highly recommend this trip/company.

Segway portion is great. However the tapas portion was a disappointment. Sent on our own to restaurant who was not sure about the previously paid tapas . Segway was fun with Guillerm.

Tour operator did not give enough history for places we visited. Also was scheduled for a certain time and we showed up and there was not enough room for us on the tour. Tickets were purchased close to 2 months in advance. Had to go at a later time.

Our tour guide was patient, he took his time teaching us how to ride the Segway. If you can I would recommend doing a tour hour tour. 1 hour for us was pretty short. Our tour guide was knowledgeable on the history and in what to do in Madrid.

Lots of fun! My mom and I did a tour with Miguel (Michael) and it was awesome. We were the only two in the group so it was an unintentionally private experience. The tour took about two hours and we went around some of the more scenic areas of Madrid and saw a couple of landmarks too. The Segway office is in a great spot and easy to find; after the tour we walked to a nearby bar and had a free tapa which was included in our reservation. Would definitely do again!

Great Segway experience as we traveled to and through Madrid's Casa de Campo park. Got some pictures with the letters of Madrid by the river. Also learned a little about the Royal Palace.

Had a wonderful experience with Luisini. Very patient and knowledgeable. It was my our first time trying Segway and thoroughly enjoyed it. Covered a lot of area and went to places I wouldn’t even think to see. Would definitely recommend spending 3 hours on this adventure!

Benjamin was our tour guide and he was awesome! Very friendly took a million photos of us and allowed my friend and I to enjoy the city without feeling rushed or on a time crunch. We were able to see all the main attractions of Madrid on the most gorgeous day. Segway is the best way to do it! Would recommend this everyone!

Our guide Angel was fantastic!! He had so much enthusiasm for what he does and has good knowledge of the city. We had a small group of only 3 so he took us to a couple extra places that he loves and we got a real sense of the city. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star rating is that the segways are a bit older and were sometimes a bit difficult to run compared to other segway tours we have done around the world. We would do it again though because of Angel.

Unbelievable experience! We never could have covered so much ground if we had been walking. The guide Carli was superb, taking time to teach each one of us individually how to ride the Segways. Then we headed off to parks, down narrow streets, to famous plazas, stopping for photos in many locales or wherever we wanted to. Segways are easier and more fun than we could have imagined! And my husband and I are both 75!

Perfect introduction to the city. The segways were easy to use. Our guide was knowledgeable and personable and made sure we were all comfortable at all times. Making sure he answered all our questions and took pictures as requested. We saw a lot in 2 hours. Now everyone wants their own Segway.
