This was one of our favorite tours from our whole trip. Andrew, our tour guide, and also one of the owners of the company, carefully curated the locations and tastings. At each location we were able to sit as a group, learn about what we were tasting and enjoy delicious wine. The pace of the evening was relaxed and the company was great. We had a chance to get to know the others in our group, which made the evening even more fun. We highly recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful tour with Brian. He took us to an amazing restaurant and we snacked on delicious local cuisine and drank wine. We also then went to sample different grades of jamon iberico. He shared his knowledge with us and gave us tips on how to purchase good quality of cold cuts. Definitely a must do food tour

This was our first of two food tours in Madrid, both with the help of Pedro as our guide. On this journey we learned about and experienced the many grades of Jamon. In addition to Jamon, we also tasted the traditional Spanish vegetable stew which was delicious. Pedro's planning with each stop helped guarantee a wonderful experience.

We had a great time! Our group ended up being 8 guys from Holland and us (2 from the US) it was a lot of fun getting to know everyone in the group and learning about the special ham. The food/tapas are delicious and the ham is *chefs kiss* Brian was a great tour guide and highly recommend this to others!

This tour was our first experience in Madrid, having landed the day before; Pedro was prompt and met us at appointed location, and we learned a little history and culture about the food and wine of Spain (and Madrid in particular) at two stops - the food was excellent and the wine a fine addition to the experience. Our small group of 6 enjoyed the lessons first with a light lunch then the various iberico ham options at our second stop. Pedro was a delight as a guide and we would recommend this tour to any and all.

What a great tour! After touring and walking all day this was a perfect end of day event. We visited two restaurants and walk in between was minimal. Our tour guide Brian was fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and of course all of the dishes we tasted were delicious. I highly recommend.

The food and drinks were very good. The ham quality was amazing and the owners of both of the restaurants were so kind and sweet.
The tour guide made derogatory remarks including his political opinions, remarks on the value of colonialism, racist remarks regarding indigenous populations in pre-colonial times, and how the world should be grateful for all of the "accomplishments" committed by Spanish conquistadors. I understand that we all have different political opinions but those based on white (European) supremacy and racist ideologies were crossing the line and uncalled for during what was supposed to be a fun food tour.

Pedro was an excellent guide with great knowledge about Spanish food and wines. We tried 2 different wines, cava and a local beer. We had plenty of food with a local traditional dish plus an ibérico cold meat platter each . Everything was outstanding. Highly recommended !

Excellent experience I’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Madrid / Spain. We got a great look at what makes certain jamon’s different and how to tell them apart in markets. It was fascinating to learn also about the wines and various regions of Spain. Overall we really enjoyed the experience and our visit wouldn’t be the same without it.

The Iberian ham and Spanish wine tour was fantastic! We tried several wines, cava and a local beer. We had local cuisine for lunch and tasted several grades of Iberian ham. Our guide, Pedro, did a fantastic job explaining the differences in the grades of the ham and educated us on the regions where the grapes are produced.
