A bicycle tour through a city for experienced bikers

Too many people on this tour and a few with little or no experience riding a bicycle in a busy city. Three separate experiences where bikers fell from their bicycles and two left the group and returned their bicycles to the shop. The tour guide was excellent.

Plaza Mayor was great. The guide was really good. Unfortunately, Madrid is not a very bike friendly city and the bikes were puny.

I had just one day in Madrid, and after visiting the Prado wanted to get a sense of the city as a whole. This was a perfect way to do it. I happened to be the only one on this particular tour, because the weather was cooler than usual. Gloria (who speaks perfect, accent-less English as well as Spanish) took me to all the highlights and explained them and their history very clearly. I feel I got a great overview of this beautiful city. Madrid's bike lanes are generally shared with cars, but I put myself in Gloria's sure hands, and felt completely safe. A really memorable experience.

Bike ride

We are a family of five with 3 teenagers . We arrived at the location and our guide Javi was waiting for us . The route that he choose was based on what we have already seen , making sure we visit new locations . The experience Was excellent . I recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid !
