It’s basically having a person guide you on the train and free shuttle. The only thing they do for you is buy your train and studio entry ticket. All of which you could easily do on your own for much less money.

Good for a last minute option

It was a good experience for a trip planned last minute given the tickets to the studio are sold out months in advance. The “tour” included the trip by public transportation (first, train and then the studio bus) and the timed tickets to the studio.

It was an amazing experience to see the studio were Harry Potter movies been made, we even missed our tour guide in the meeting point fortunately, we called call center and they direct us to the studio, we catch up with train to the studio which wasn’t difficult to get because many others in the train were going to the same point.

Last minute salvation and you get there faster than by bus

We did not have time to buy tickets on time from Warner Bros studios and with this service we were able to get them, obviously somewhat more expensive than they would have cost if I bought them in time, but it is the price of not organizing in time. Anyway it is faster to arrive by train to the studios and vice versa, by bus it takes more than 1 hour and a half by train is like 40 minutes from euston station, that is another advantage of this service. In the end everything went well, this option solved us.
