This was, quite possibly, the worst tour I’ve ever taken in the world. Actually, it definitely was. Baha is probably a very nice guy, but he is in the wrong line of work altogether.
The lights were pretty. The tour itself felt impersonal, disconnected, hard to understand, lacking in detail, rushed along with little photo opportunity, and led out in front of vehicular traffic.
For some reason we found ourselves in Chinatown for quite a while, with zero Christmas lights and much puzzlement.

We did this Christmas light tour last night after a long day of travel, and it was exactly what we needed. Our tour guide, Ollie, was fantastic—fun, engaging, and full of knowledge about all the best spots to see the London Christmas lights. If we’d tried to do this on our own, we definitely would have missed so much (and probably gotten lost!).
Ollie kept the tour lively and interesting the whole way through, and she even noticed when we were fading from our travel day and made a quick stop for coffee—such a thoughtful touch.
We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a tour with Ollie!

Baja did a nice job of showing us the major Holiday areas and giving us some background on each area.
Beware to use go Google maps and not Apple Maps to find the meeting place. We were in the wrong spot. Luckily it was a small group and they were nice enough to wait 5 minutes for us.

It was fast-paced tour, with a small group of 4 very capable strong walkers. It was GREAT fun, as it was busy on the streets, and we avoided getting stuck among the crowds. And for good reason, we covered a lot of places and this tour is 100% definitely worth doing! It was fab! We walked through various Christmas markets at Trafalgar Square and Leicester Square. We visited Soho and Carnaby, and Bond Street and Regent Street. So much history about London and about the Christmas lights were so beautiful! The tour guide Nelson was charismatic, knowledgeable and nuanced.

Started an hour later than scheduled….Would have been better to do on own, guide didn’t allow for time to take photos and spent too much time stopping/telling us about restaurants which none of cared about. Was also supposed to end at Hyde Park which it didn’t.

While we always enjoy receiving constructive feedback, it seems that this review was written in anger due to us not offering you a refund for your late cancelled tour. You alerted us that you were unable to make your tour, due to weather, 30 minutes after it started and wasted the time of the guide who tried to get in touch prior.
Understandably, we cannot offer refunds for guests that cancel with such short notice, so while we are sorry you had this experience, we recommend better planning on your part for future experiences.

As a person that knows a lot about London, it was good, not much historical info but to see the different colourful and beautiful lights in different areas was amazing. Without the tour, I may have nit seen all the places. I do believe that the tour guides have to be fluent in English. Some of the facts were so unimportant. Biggest Leggo stire, biggest MNM's... not relavent. They are not even British.

The whole experience was really enjoyable. Ollie was fantastic. Knowledgeable and humorous, looking after us throughout the tour. It was extremely busy everywhere but she didn’t lose any of us. The lights were amazing and she advised us of the best spots to get the greatest photos. Would highly recommend. Great way to spend an evening. Got us in the Christmas mood.

Unfortunately it was a bit confusing. First the time was changed which we did not mind because we did not have firm plans. However, the tickets had original time so we were unsure. We were able to confirm with the operator the correct time. When we got to the location for pick up, we cannot identify the tour guide. It was raining very hard and there was nothing clearly marked. Ultimately we ended up missing the event. We were really disappointed because we were looking forward to this.

We understand that time changes can be an inconvenience, but you were informed of the time change 1 week in advance, you also sent email confirmation acknowledging the change.
Since you had an agreed to the change the guide waiting an additional 20 minutes for you to arrive, delaying the tour for the other guests. No one spotted you at the meeting point and there was a large group of guests waiting and the guide wore bright colours, holding a flag, so it should’ve been unmissable, and we are not really sure when you showed up.
We tried to contact you via calls, WhatsApp and email and you were unresponsive. The guide also sent you continuous text and WhatsApp updates throughout the tour in case you wanted to try and catch up, which were left unanswered.
Overall, we are sad that you didn’t get to experience the tour as intended.

I am so glad I signed up for this tour! It’s my first time in London and I wanted to know a bit more about its history whilst also taking in the scenaries and this was just perfect.
The guide Ollie was super nice and kept us informed of different landmarks while also giving us time to take the view in. She was just fab!
As a solo traveler I was concerned I might not have as much fun but that was not the case at all, the other people that booked the trip were also really nice.
Might have to do it again next year so I can bring my family along!

Mariana, was our guide for the tour. It was a great Christmas lights tour with a perfect amount of history added. My 13 yr old daughter loves history and loved the fact that she even knew some of the stories. The walking pace was great. The timing was great. Overall, a really nice tour that I would recommend to others.

One of the best experiences in London!! Ollie is beyond amazing. I arrived at the wrong meeting point but she patiently redirected me to a nearby location and throughout was jovial and kind. Not to mention the weather condition. It was raining and she still took me round and ensured I got my money’s worth. Totally amazing experience with a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable guide.
