Showed up and there was no tour. However I did call and it was refunded. I would give customer service a good review

We are sorry the tour could not run on the day due to exceptional circumstances. The guide was indeed at the meeting point but coud not find you, so he left with the rest of the group. As you say we refunded you immediately and hope to see you on on other tours.
