The building it’s self is luxurious but the windows were completely fogged to the point we couldn’t seen anything. We got dressed up for pictures and we didn’t end up taking any.

Fab day celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Excellent experience and really friendly staff. We spent a good two hours here enjoying the sights and champagne.

Very disappointed to be informed by the team at the Shard that the ticket with skip the line access in fact did NOT have this access and in their words 'I was miss sold' .

Amazing architecture, a lift ride to the Experience of being lifted to a soaring height, to a view the city of London and beyond 8000 feet above the streets below.
The bars and restaurants a little expensive but then if its a special treat or surprise as our visit was.

A very beautiful place where you can see something very beautiful, it's worth visiting, the drinks at the bar are very ok, I bought 3 cocktails and they were 10, I was pleasantly surprised.

Cloud cover was amazing but disappointing at the same time. We could not see anything of London and surrounding areas. But apparently this only happens 6 times a year. So Looking forward to come back on the summer to see the night view

The most memorable thing about the experience is the whole thing from the start when you get to buy the door with all the guards round to the door to get up to the 72nd floor all the staff everybody was so polite and they all seem to be enjoying the job that’s good you’re all enjoying the job very good .

I liked this tour. Beautiful city images from the heights; however, the protective glass shadow could damage your photo but still is worth it. You can have a drink or ice cream while you are watching, from the heights, the beautiful city of London.

The website said I was buying tickets to the London Eye and stuck me with tickets to something I have no idea. Lost over $100. Never recommend this place

We skipped no line and queued for hours…
It was total mayhem…lots of people skipped but we are not like that…

A little disappointed as we bought skip the line tickets yet still had to queue up as normal! The staff seemed like they hadn’t seen a skip the line ticket before!!

It’s a great view from the top and the roof top bar made it fun. We went with tween/ teen kids / another family and everyone had fun. There was no line at 4pm so skip the line tickets were not required - which was probably an extra cost.,

Ticket states skip the que and direct access, this is not the case ,we where told this is a third party booking and wait in the que, and they need to change there wording.

I emailed Viator on Sunday July 10th. Our flight was delayed and we did not make it to London on time. I asked if there was a way we could use the tickets the following day. No response at all.
Viator is a horrible company.

Not worth the trouble, told these are 3rd party tickets not skip the line etc, even though given a time of 12pm the viewing gallery does not open until 2pm
