Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. It was good he was so knowledgeable because the tour took twice as long as expected. I’m surprised Viator scheduled a tour through the shopping district on Black Friday and didn’t account for a longer tour. We ended up missing our next activity when we originally had 45 minutes for a 2 minute walk.

Overpriced waste of time

Felt like we paid a lot of money to sit in traffic for way too long. Many roads were closed due to pedestrian traffic out and about. Can’t be the first time this occurred and no information was provided that the route could be potentially affected. Overpriced waste of time basically.

This tour leaves at the heart of the city Piccadilly at 6:30pm trying to get in the middle of rush hour is insane . When I notice that we where stuck in traffic I tried calling and no one answered we arrived to the location at 6:35 and the tour bus had left !😡
