Continue on to Shakespeare’s famous Globe Theatre, a historic active theater, and the enormous London Eye. Along the South Bank, witness the bustle of performers, locals, and meandering tourists. Your cruise loops at Westminster, where you get great views of the Houses of Parliament and the iconic Big Ben before turning around.

This was such a pleasant surprise. The boat was very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It literally felt like a restaurant The staff were friendly and the commentary was informative with a touch of humor. The food was so yummy and the views were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend the cruise to anyone considering!

We had fun on a rainy day, loved the food, enjoyed the side. This was a great way to more of London. The crew was competent, and we loved the experience.
Relaxing and welcoming setting. This exceeded my expectation completely. Staff were lovely. Food was amazing, tasty and hot in temperature. Cheesecake was yummy too. Really lovely. We all enjoyed it so much for my husband special birthday. We will definitely do it again. Definitely recommend. Thank you.
The food was delicious and better than you would expect. Great way to see the sights with narrations about them.

This cruise line would not work with us. We were new to London trying to understand the bus/train system. We got there late so we were not able to go and they couldn’t even as far as work with us to go on another day without having us pay again for the excursion. Disappointed
Lovey food amazing staff and loved the commentary about all the landmarks .. had a perfect viewing of everything and would defo recommend to anyone
Could not have asked for a better day weather wise. The trip was the same. Simple boarding and the food was lovely. Great craic with the "guide" telling us all the buildings on our trip. Great few hours on the Thames.
Great trip. The weather helped but we took our Australian cousins & they enjoyed it. Friendly service & although the chap giving a commentary got a couple of things wrong 😜 he did point out he was just a member of the crew.
Easy to get to, next to the Tower of London. The seats are pre-assigned. Some folks were greeted with drinks so look for a VIP package if you'd like that. All tables had great views. The lunch was delicious and we saw all the sites advertised. The only downside was my wife's expensive sunglasses "disappeared" during the meal so bear in mind you're in a "public" area.
I booked this tour in advance and when I showed up they sat me at an empty table while everyone else’s table was set. When I asked about my seating they said it hit their system last minute which I paid days in advance. Then they told me I had to wait until everyone showed up to see if I get bread service because they were out.
Also, the tour was boring. No one talked about the scenery while we were eating. There was no music. It was just quiet unless you were talking to others.
Lastly, the food was average.
Worth it, really enjoyed it…. Food was good and staff was amazing though drinks were not included so i had to pay for it( i was expecting atleast one drink would be included) apparently we have to pay over with the actual money we pay.
Not a great experience. Ac wasn't working and.cusyomer service wasn't good. Server forgot we were in her section. We had to watch others get service no one checked on us. Unfortunately I won't recommend.
With no special booking we had the best table for lunch in the middle right at the front. Tasty food was much to our liking. The only downside was the horrible loud ‘music’. A kind staff member turned it right down with a simple request which made our river experience peaceful and unforgettable!

The food was delicious and the river cruise was nice too. We were the 1st to board on a boat that wasn't full, however we were the last to be served, waited 45 minutes from the time we boarded to be served. Although the AC was cold during the heatwave, we were sat at a table along the window and the AC vents blew on us. All in all, a nice cruise with delicious food.

I had the most terrible experience with Viator. The experience was really terrible. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend viator at all. Don't waste your money.
I booked the wrong date. The gate keeper is kind enough to allow our family to join the tour when there is some last minute no shows by others. Also the narrator was funny.

Make sure you read all materials. We missed the small print on arrival time and got to the dock one minute before scheduled departure time and the boat had left without us. $300 down the tubes.
