Everyone loved this trip. The gentlemen who ran it were wonderful as well. You can see so many of the sights right from the boat. Would highly recommend for families. Littler kids might have issues on the saddle seats. But otherwise it is great.

We wanted to celebrate our son’s birthday and this was a great option!! The boat ride was so fun and we saw things from the Thames that we wouldn’t have seen otherwise. Passed the older teen boys’ test and we all had a great time!

This was such a cool experience! I’m not much of a water experience type of person, but this sounded fun and ended up being a blast! I was having issues with uber in London for some reason so I ended up barely making it on time (literally just made it), but the lady was so kind to me and communicative that I was able to make it on and have the experience. This experience deserves a review for sure for coolness, kindness, and overall customer service excellence!

We expected this to be a half decent trip out, but it exceed all expectations. When we booked we had great communication with Debbie who gave us fantastic directions and advice for ensuring we got there on time and easily on the day. Debbie and crew were fantastic and really friendly and the whole trip was just full of fun and adrenaline. By far the best way to sightsee; and the guided tour on board was witty and fresh. Well worth the money and next time we are in London its on top of the list to do again. Easily a 5* attraction when you put it up against other events in this price range and time frame.

It was a huge amount of fun and all done in a very safe a relaxed manner. The captain actually steered towards the rougher parts, ie, in the wakes of other boats. Also coats were provided to a couple of passengers who looked under prepared which I thought was a good idea.

The high-speed boat ride was incredibly exciting. The staff was friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was an extraordinary experience for us, and I highly recommend it. For those who prefer a less jolting ride, I suggest sitting in the back rows of the boat.

I would honestly say that this was one of the best experiences of my life. We had family up from Cornwall and they all absolutely loved it. Debbie, Michelle and Dave were brilliant, really lovely friendly genuine and funny people. I cannot recommend this enough.

I'm so happy I chose this tour for our first day in London. Our highlight was probably the charming, entertaining, and informative guide (sorry-I even asked his name for this review but forgot it as its been a crazy few days) but the entire trip was excellent! All three of the staff were funny and super nice. The ride was equally exhilarating and informative. I'd probably not take a five or six year old- but anyone over 8 or 9 would love it. I'm about 60 years over 8 and totally enjoyed it. There's a lot of bouncing, so if you're older and fragile or have back issues, you might want to pass. I'd love to do it again and use this company. Their boats were much nicer than the others, though I never gave that any thought when booking I was pleasantly surprised when I saw a few of the other boats on the water and they paled in comparison.

Thames Tiger was an organized and fun family London adventure! There was clear communication from the time of booking on where to get the boat and what to expect on the ride. We were greeted at the boat’s location on the Thames by Henry and David. They secured our belongings, gave us our life vests and gave us an overview of the ride. We couldn’t have been more pleased by how they run this boat trip. The ride was a blast! Our three teens said it was the best part of the trip! They would’ve taken the ride again if we had the time. We all loved the high speed part of the trip where we could see parts of the Thames and London sites that we might not have seen otherwise. The slower part of the ride gave us a relaxing ride and a chance to see the sites around the Thames from a different view. Keep that camera handy for some great photos!!! Henry and David were the ultimate tour guides. You could tell right away they were experienced and knowledgeable. The boat was clean, solid and safe looking. The humor behind the tour was also appreciated by both adults and kids. This was by far the best money spent on a tour for our family!
