This was a very enjoyable trip. It was also nice because we were not in a hurry. We were able to enjoy conversations with the couple that was also traveling to Southampton. The driver drove at a respectable speed which made us feel comfortable and safe. Viator is great. I have yet to have an issue with them.

Driver was SO late that we were the LAST couple in hotel going to Southampton for a cruise. Very stressful!
Upside was they kept calling us to tell us driver would be late but each time, the driver STILL didn't show up.
Finally, another Viator driver arrived to pick up another couple and he offered us a ride with him rather than continuing to wait for our driver.
We have used Viator for many activities and will continue to use them. However, we will more cautious using them for transfers.
